Amazing stay

Our hosts were very attentive. Their home was so much more than we expected. Kim and David’s attention to every possible amenity one would hope for. We were sorry to have to leave but look forward to our next visit. Would rank this home an 11 on a scale of 1-10

Wonderful Trip and Exprience

We stumbled upon this gem browsing areas around St Pete and what a find! The view couldn’t be better! Great sunrise views in the mornings and you literally watch dolphins and pelicans in action from your balcony. Great unit for a couple as our stay was for two months. Dave and Kim the owners were very responsive. So much to do here, stay by the pool and meet some great people or adventure out to the long list Dave provides the tenants. Fabulous sunsets a mile away and unlimited dining, biking, and walking options. If you’re interested in this area, just book this and enjoy your stay. You will be happy you did! Jim and Paige

Our Best Rental Ever

We stayed in this condo for the month of March 2020. It was super clean; everything was new and in good working condition. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. From the living room and master bedroom, the views of the bay were spectacular! We saw pelicans, dolphins, and other wildlife on a regular basis from our balcony--views of the Sunshine Bridge at night were lovely. The parking spot was shaded and near the condo. The location was superb—the distance from world class beaches was about 3 to 4 miles. The owner’s suggestions were excellent too. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
