The fully equipped kitchen has all new tableware, glasses, and small appliances. Minimum Stay Requirements/Association Rules: one week off-season with one month minimum in January, February, and March. No pets are allowed. Scheduled check out is 10am and check in is 4pm BUT the owners try to be flexible as long as there is not a same-day turnover.
