Hi friends, We are Renee and Troy from Hendersonville, NC. We call the mountains home. Our family lives in Clearwater and St Pete area so made the leap to find a place to call home close to them. We are excited to share our future retirement home with all of our guests.

Why they chose this property

Our balcony overlooks the Boca Ciega Bay with a view of the famous Don Cesar hotel. We have the most beautiful sunsets from our balcony. It is just an amazing place and you feel like you are on vacation from the time you ride into our neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Recently updated with new furnishings, mattresses and bedding in a mid century meets boho style. Laundry facilities are in the unit with a new front load washer and dryThe heated community pool, hot tub and private beach areas are specifically for our building groups so it does not get over crowded. You can go to the beach or stay at our complex and it all feels like vacation.
