Villa with style and charm located in Jávea a few minutes from the beach of the arenal. The house has 5 rooms (2 double, 2 single double and 1 single) for a total of 9 people maximum. The rooms have a ceiling fan except the attic room that has air conditioning.
The house is located in a place of 1300 square meters with a beautiful natural setting, surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, a carob tree, flowers and with beautiful sea views that give a feeling of tranquility and relaxation.
It also has an enabled pool area with sun loungers, the pool shower and a space for barbecue.
The farm has an entrance with a lot of space for parking.
If guests want to find places of leisure, catering, supermarkets or pharmacies they have it very close to the house 1km.

Excelente casa de vacaciones
La casa tiene todo lo que hace falta y mas. La piscina es fabulosa. La casa es muy cómoda y el anfitrión (Tony) es muy atento y servicial. Hemos estado 2 semanas una familia de 9 con 2 perros pequeños. Nos hemos sentido muy agusto. Recomiendo esta casa ampliamente y sin ninguna duda!

Como en casa, una villa con mucho encanto
He veraneado gran parte de mi vida en JAVEA y he de decir que por fin he encontrado un sitio que te hace sentir como en tu casa. La villa está situada en una zona super tranquila con unas vistas maravillosas. Es una gozada tomar el desayuno viendo el mar. La casa está muy limpia, cuidada y con muchos detalles. Dispone de todo lo que necesites e incluso más.
Hemos ido tres familias con 7 niños y todos hemos disfrutado un montón, ha sido inevitable para algunos darse un baño en la piscina a pesar del fresquito.
Muchas gracias a Toni por recibirnos y su amabilidad, volvemos seguro para que buscar más.

Estancia muy agradable
Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy bien en la casa teníamos todas las comodidades, el sitio muy tranquilo y agradable. La piscina muy limpia y el dueño muy simpático.
