Beautiful holiday home with pool.

The Villa Montgo is located in a peaceful location surrounded by oleander, palm trees and pine trees. The lush garden with a large pool and sun terrace invites you to rest and relax. During the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the hilly Montgo valley with a "vino" on the garden terrace or by the grill. The house gets renovated regularly and is tastefully furnished. It is just a few kilometres to the closest beach in Arenal, stunning bays are located about 20min away. Shopping facilities and restaurants nearby can be reached on foot.
PLEASE NOTE: On departure, the cleaning fee of 150€ is to be paid directly on site. The same applies to the electricity consumption of air conditioning (in summer) and infrared heating (in winter).

Comfortable villa with lovely pool

We enjoyed a week at this villa. Very comfortable, pool is wonderful and the view of the mountain is amazing from it. The kitchen has everything one would need. The local supermarket is great, 2 minutes walk and has far better wine selection than the large Mercadona in Javea. We ate at the lovely local Restaurante Mi Almazara, it’s about 10 mins walk along the main road. Other restaurants are a longer walk away. Beach is about a 20 min drive. Javea about 10 mins drive. Rosemarie is very helpful as is Said who lives locally who sorted out the pool filter for us. Would stay here again. We enjoyed it.

Little Paradise

We had a wonderful holiday in the villa that lies at the foot of the beautiful Montgo mountain. The garden is large and well maintained with beautiful plants and flowers and the swimming pool is really large (12,5 meter long). The villa is nice and has airco in all rooms and the kitchen is well equipped. Good beds in all 3 bed rooms. There is a small supermarket with fresh bread close by. Javea is a really nice town with a nice sandy beach (Arenal) and plenty of good restaurants and shops. Nice personal contact with the German owner and Said who provided us with the key and maintains the garden and pool and is available for assistance when needed. We hope to go back to this little paradise in the near future.

relaxed and beautifull place.

relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. the owners do everything they can to give you a pleasant stay, but I would like to point out the constant fright effect of all the watchdogs in the area. everyone has such an aggressive beast in the garden. even at night they bark so you can't sleep. the dogs run aggressively along the fence directly adjacent to the back of the villa. it's scary when you're having breakfast in the backyard and they suddenly jump 50 cm away from you against the fence. and they are not small dogs, but very large guard dogs. But again, this cannot be blamed on the owner of this wonderful place.

Really great stay *****

Last February we were allowed to stay for a month in the beautiful home of the family Kellerer. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the spacious house, the sunny places and beautiful colorful sky when the sun set. The communication with the owner Rosemarie and with Saïd on location was great; it was very friendly, fast and adequate. For example: During our stay Rosemarie asked if everything was fine. We told her that we enjoyed the house and that everything was great. And if we had to say something, we personally missed a microwave. Not a problem for sure! The next day Saïd brought us one. This was not the purpose of our comment, but the action demonstrated a high level of service and making the guests happy. We had a very nice and well stay. We would love to come back. So if you are think to book this house don't hesitate, just book. In other reviews there is little complain about the neighborhood dogs. There are indeed occasionally barking dogs, but this was not disturbing to us. Our dog didn't respond either. We had a really good time. We good facilities, good WiFi (to work) and more.. Thanks Rosemarie and thanks Saïd for everything and your kindness. And … We will be back soon :-) warm regards, Paul & Ivonne and paw Laika

Traumhafte Aussicht und Lage

Wir durften einen traumhaften und unvergesslichen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und zwei Hunden verbringen. Vorort wurden wir super durch den Housekeeper betreut. Auch mit den Hausbesitzern waren wir in einem sehr guten kontakt, sodass wir uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und auch der Garten sieht atemberaubend aus mit seinerPflanzenwelt. Wir wurden es jederzeit wiedee bucheb.

Schönes Haus, mit einem tollen Garten

Das Haus ist schön, der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell in Dénia und es gibt viel Natur, obwohl es sehr Zentral gelegen ist. Der kleine Supermarkt, der nur 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar ist, hat alles für den Erstgebrauch. Mit einer Kaffeeecke und frischem Gebäck. Im Garten gibt es viele schöne Pflanzen mit einem grossen Pool. Wir genossen den Aussenbereich mit der ruhigen, nur von Hundebellen gestörten, Aussicht auf den Montgó. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und gross.

nous avons passé un super séjour. magnifique villa . un bon accueil qui nous a mis de suite a l aise très souriant et gentil . une très belle piscine bien entretenu l espace dans la maison avec tous les équipements. pour les animaux de compagnie c est assez grand pour eux aussi il y a de l herbe de l ombre pour eux . les activités et environs 10et20klm . la plage a peine 10minutes . le supermarché pas bien loin de la maison on peut il y aller a pied . c étais super on y retournera .😊

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette belle propriété, au calme. La maison est magnifique et bien équipée, ainsi que la piscine et le très joli jardin qui l’entoure. Nous avons eu tout ce qu’il nous fallait pour déconnecter et nous ressourcer. L’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôte étaient parfaits. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr!

Im Schatten des Montgo

Wir, das waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind haben die 14 Tage Urlaub genossen. Jaenette hat uns nach kurzer telefonischer Absprache empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt und die Größe das Pools hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. 1 Restaurant befindet sich wenn man sich nach rechts wendet in ca. 800m Entfernung (sind wir leider nicht mehr hingekommen), 3 andere gute Restaurants befinden sich linksherum in ca. 1,5 km (diese haben wir alle probiert). Taxis befördern leider nur 4 Personen (Kleinkind auf dem Schoß zählt mit), Großraumtaxis gibt es nicht, so das wir 2 Taxen nehmen mussten, wenn wir mal in die Altstadt wollten. Im Haus selber ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir überlegen schon wegen nächstem Jahr.

Sehr schön gestaltetes Anwesen mit großem Pool, Sehr sauber, problemloses Ein- und Auschecken mit Jeanette. Reichhaltige Ausstattung in der Küche. Man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Traumhafte Lage, toller Pool und sehr gemütliches Haus!

Wir hatten wunderschöne 2 Wochen Urlaub! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. Sehr nette Vermieter die Familie Kellerer, Jeanette, die Hausverwalterin und Vincente der Poolreiniger waren auch super nett. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung

Die Villa Montgo war für uns die ideale Urlaubsunterkunft. Vor allem der wunderschön angelegte, gepflegte, große Garten, mit seinem herrlich großen Pool, übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Dort konnten wir uns, abseits des Touristentrubels, bestens erholen. Der Panoramablick auf den Montgo ist von dort aus phantastisch. Durch die Süd - Lage des Grundstücks konnten wir von frühmorgens bis spätabends die Sonne genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind von dort aus schnell zu erreichen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und informativ. Fazit: Dies war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Villa Montgo. Gerne können wir die Anlage jedem Interessenten weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus am Montgo. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Rundum gelungener Urlaub. Ein kleiner Hinweis: wer Angst vor Mücken hat, sollte lieber ein Haus in der Stadt wählen.

Merveuilleux séjour / wonderful / Wunderbach

Superbe villa: situation (pinède autour, pas devis à vis, vue sur le Montgo), équipement, jardin magnifique et piscine aux dimensions exceptionnelles. Nous connaissons bien Javea, mais n'avions jamais eu une si belle maison, la ville et la région sont supers (plages, criques, ballades...). Nous reviendrons sans hésiter! Seul petit bémol: maison un peu chaude (pas de courant d'air la nuit, petites ouvertures).

schönes Haus, grosser Pool, coole Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch sehr gepflegt. Im grossen Pool kann man nicht nur seine Bahnen schwimmen, sondern gleichzeitig die coole Aussicht auf den Montgo geniessen. Ausserhalb und ruhig, aber trotzdem schnell im Centrum. Unsere zwei Teenagern haben den Pool gleich für sich beansprucht. Er ist auch genug tief. Unser Vierbeiner hat den Luxus vom freien rumspazieren im Garten voll ausgenutzt. Wehe es kam einer zu nahe an den Zaun. Es ist (war) ja "sein" Garten. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus wärmstens. Besser kann man es kaum finden. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist auch super. Alles passt, und sollte etwas sein, ist Familie Dahinden nicht weit.
