We had a fantastic time in this cosy chalet. All rooms were almost even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures of the advertisement promised. Everything was clean and perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. 5 stars for this wonderful place!

We had a really nice time! The house, garden and swimming pool are great and everything you need is there, very complete! The owners are quike with their respons to answer all your questions. I can recomend this villa to everybody!

This property has everything you need. It isn’t kit out for a baby but they did offer to source a cot for us. The inside and outdoor space is beautiful and quiet.

Beautiful villa with valley and sea views

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Villa. Most outside areas have been newly renovated and provide lots of beautiful areas to sit in the sunshine or the shade. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the sea. Location is great. You can walk to few restaurants close by with the main centre of Arenal Beach , the port or the old town of Javea within driving distance. There is a small bakery/supermarket a few 100 meters away. There is is also a slightly larger Wimark with everything you need close by ,but maybe slightly too far to walk with heavy items in the sun. Kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms are nice especially with the aircon on hot days. You probably wouldn’t be able to sit six people on the balcony comfortably all at one time but there are plenty of outside areas available. Gardens are beautiful especially BBQ area with quiet area and pergola with dining area. Great communication with Francoise.

Mooi huis van binnen, prachtig uitzicht, tuin is niet zoals op de foto's

Mooi, volledig ingericht huis met prachtig uitzicht, prima check in met sleutelkastje, snelle reactie van eigenaar bij vragen. Airco alleen in de slaapkamers (en niet in de keuken/woonkamer). De foto's van de tuin kloppen helaas niet meer. De pergola valt van ellende uit elkaar en is slecht onderhouden. Er lagen een paar vieze kussens naast de bbq waar je echt niet meer op kon zitten, ongezellige verlichting en andere zitjes in de tuin die de website toonde, waren er niet meer.....er was dus niets meer in de tuin waar je kon zitten, behalve bij het zwembad onder 1 kleine parasol.

Bedankt voor uw reactie. We zijn blij dat u de woning, het uitzicht en onze beschikbaarheid hebt gewaardeerd. Wat betreft uw opmerkingen over de tuin: de pergola is recent beschadigd door slecht weer en staat op de planning voor herstel. De kussens die u als “vuil” omschrijft (cfr wind en regen) werden vervangen naar aanleiding van uw opmerkingen. Maar zijn bij uw vertrek buiten achtergelaten, ondanks duidelijke instructies in het reglement. Ze zijn daardoor beschadigd geraakt door regen en wind. Het tuinmeubilair is afgestemd op de capaciteit van het huis. Sommige elementen kunnen tijdelijk verwijderd zijn voor onderhoud, zonder dat dit afbreuk doet aan het comfort. Wat betreft de opmerking over de parasol: deze heeft een standaardformaat en biedt voldoende schaduw bij het zwembad. Wij onderhouden het huis regelmatig en werken de foto’s bij wanneer dat nodig is. Een verblijf in een vakantiewoning vraagt ook om enig begrip voor normale slijtage en weersomstandigheden. We vinden het jammer dat zulke details de overhand kregen op de positieve kanten van uw verblijf.

Top Urlaubswoche

Anfangs Oktober, bei herrlichen Wetterbedingungen, verbrachten wir (5-köpfige Familie) eine Woche auf dem "Balcon al Mar" in Javea. Eine tolle Urlaubswoche, auch dank der Wahl dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Gesamthaft sehr stimmig, sei es die Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Atmosphäre, Garten oder der Ausblick. Beschreibung ist zutreffend, es ist alles wie angezeigt. Unkompliziertes "self check-in", gleichzeitig haben sich die Vermieter aktiv erkundigt und wären bei Bedarf immer erreichbar gewesen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolle Finca, war alles für uns da was wir benötigen. Liebevoll und mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet. Super Kontakt mit Francois, alle Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet. Kommen gerne wieder. Tipp: vor Ort sollte man ein Auto haben, damit ist man schnell am Playa Arenal in Javea für den abendlichen Bummel an der Promenade oder den Besuch am tollen Sandstrand. Fahrzeit ca. 15min

Very pretty villa
