Bedding Configuration:
Master Bedroom: King Bed

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved parking stall. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Tennis Courts:  Two tennis courts onsite.  First come, first serve basis
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.

Shores at Waikoloa 317 is located in the Tamarind Tower Building at the Shores at Waikoloa. It is on the third floor. There is elevator access to the third floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Spacious lanai with good views. Newly remodelled.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had plentiful amenities, including beach chairs and an umbrella. The views from the spacious lanai were really nice, and the resort area is lovely.

Fabulous Stay

Perfect home for a very relaxing trip to the Big Island. Fabulously equipped kitchen along with all the beach accessories we needed. The property management company was very responsive to the couple of needs we had.

Week in Paradise

This condo was a big part of how much we enjoyed our vacation. Not only has the owner thought of all the little conveniences, but the location of unit 317 in the complex is perfect. Top floor, corner unit with wrap deck and beautiful view of the golf course and topography unique to the Big Island. Perfect for evening cocktails!! Short walk to the sandy beach at A-Bay( chaise lounges are set up all along the beach). We’ll definitely be booking this unit again!

Holiday Get Away

I have very limited days for vacations so I really cherish my time away. The property was great as described and I have no complaints. They have a little Ale house about a 3-5 minute walk away if you don't feel like cooking or going to down the way for a meal. We showed up on Monday and spent our evening in there watching football and talking to others staying in the complex. I give it a 5 star overall and only put the location as a 4/5 because it was on a golf coarse and not the beach (and the beach really is probably 10 minutes down the road). My brother in law picked it because he is a golfer, with that being said I would stay here again if I come back to Hawaii.

Needs better online explanation for the amenities available

The winds were fierce and the windows whistled all night. Two roof tile were blown off the roof and crashed onto the lanai. But otherwise the condo was a nice retreat. I got so many emails from various people in the days before our visit that I could not read them all so perhaps I missed the explanation of what was available

Denied access to our unit due to construction

Construction on the outside hallway in front of our 3rd floor unit prevented access to the elevator. One of us is handicapped and unable to use stairs. We explained our situation to the phone receptionist who said the manager would contact us. We never heard from the manager. As we were checking out, we stopped at the management office and talked to the receptionist who did nothing to address our situation except to say the property manager would contact us. We never were contacted. The visit left us thinking the management had no clue what they're doing and don't care about their guests. The management did nothing to address our disruption and just ignored us figuring once we left nothing need be done. We cannot recommend this property..

The unit was very nice & clean. We had everything we needed to eat in as well as a variety of nearby restaurants for eating out. We do wish the A/C would have worked better. It seem to shut down during the evening. Mornings were comfortable. Membership to the Hilton would allow guest even more fun activities Overall experience was very enjoyable.
