Between vineyards and castle, the villa, built in 2015 on a plot of 1 100 M2, consists of 3 independent bedrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet. A living room with cathedral ceiling with American kitchen and fireplace opens with a bay window on a large terrace accessing the pool (4.5m x 10m).

The villa :
Located in the heart of the small village of Margon, the villa is lined with vineyards on one side and offers views of the medieval castle on the other. The villa is very quiet in a village as quiet, located away from the traffic axes. It was built in 2015 on a plot of 1,100 m2, very wooded and decorated with a pool of fresh water, tiled, 10 mx 4.5 m, 1.2 m deep to 2 m, treated by electrolysis salt and without additional heating. Weekly maintenance is about renting. Contemporary style and deliberately sober, the villa has three bedrooms of 18 M2, two on the ground floor, one upstairs has a small balcony overlooking the vineyard. Each room is air-conditioned and completely independent, with its WC, walk-in shower and sink. There is a complementary toilet for the common areas on the ground floor. For the two bedrooms on the ground floor, a lockable door gives direct access to the garden or the terrace. The three bedrooms have a 160 cm bed and storage furniture.

Margon is located ten minutes from Pezenas, about twenty minutes from Beziers, the sea (Agde - Portiragne) is half an hour. Sete is not far away.
To get away: Barcelona on one side (2 hours and 1/2), the Camargue (1 hour and 1/2) on the other, the Cevennes going back to the North begin at about fifty Km. Lamalou-les-Bains is 35 minutes away.
