An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

Beautiful

Loved the property, enjoyed the hammocks. We came for a concert but unfortunately it got rescheduled due to the weather but we were still able to find close attractions nearby. Will be back next month and booking with Maria again. She was very kind and helpful

The property was very clean and conveniently located near the highway. It was easy to get to shopping and food. The host was very responsive and helpful. The place looks like pictures. The shower is reversed for hot and cold. There were plenty of parking spaces. I would highly recommend for two people.

great stay

We enjoyed staying here. Location is great. It's very close to whole food and many restaurants. The owner lent us beach chair and umbrella, which is very nice. Response from the owner is within minutes. It was a great stay!

Weekend Trip to Tampa

Perfect spot for our quick trip to Tampa for the weekend. The property matched the listing description. It was in a great location - very close to restaurants, shopping and the highway. Property owners were very great and made sure to let us know to reach out if we needed anything. Will definitely stay there again when we're in the Tampa area!

Weekend Getaway in Tampa

We came in from Natchez just for three nights, two days. The studio was great, clean, practical. We only needed a place to sleep because there is so much to do in a weekend in Tampa. This place was exactly what we needed!

Convenient location!

We were in town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium, and stayed here for 3 nights. Clean, conveniently located to stadium and just off the highway for added convenience. Bathroom is very small, but we managed. Easy check-in and out and great communication with owner.

Nice little place

The unit wasn’t stocked with toiletries, had to ask for towels. Which they brought immediately. There was a storm and the ceiling started to leak and water coming in the door, which was reported just to advise. Communication with host was great, nice unit for a short stay, but needs some updating.

Great for passing thru

Overall a great experience for one or two people passing thru Tampa. The listing is accurate and checkin/checkout/communication process is easy and efficient. The unit was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the convenience of being close to everything. Recommended.

Very Nice

This property is just off the interstate with easy access on / off Located close to restaurants/ stores. Well lit up at night, quiet neighborhood. Internet and tv working great as well. Nice and Clean and comfortable bed . Everything was working- microwave,fridge Would recommend and stay again whenever I travel thru the area.

Perfect Convenient Location

This property is great for a weekend getaway. Clean room, cute backyard common area with chairs and hammocks to hang out in. A very quick Uber ride to Raymond James Stadium for a concert or game. Tons of restaurants and things to do close by. Hosts were very friendly! Mark greeted us and made sure we could unlock the door. Told us to call if we needed anything. Great experience, will definitely stay again when in the Tampa area!
