Little paradise for four with a view of one of the most beautiful villages in France
Small fully equipped house, on a large wooded land, with a breathtaking view of the cliffs and the old medieval village of Balazuc, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the south of Ardeche. The river is 5 minutes walk. Ideal for swimming in peace.
The house includes an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a bedroom with 160 bed, a living room with sofa bed 140, bathroom with shower, veranda. TV, DVD player, wifi. Sheets, towels, linens provided. Barbecue, garden table and chairs, sun loungers. Washing machine and freezer in the adjoining workshop. Large unfenced garden of 3000 m2.
Access to the old village in 5 minutes on foot. Animals not accepted.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil eine erholsame Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, absolut sauber und alles von hochwertiger Qualität. Das Highlight ist der wohl temperierte Pool, der zu jeder Tageszeit genutzt werden kann. Grandios auch der Ausblick auf das historische Dorf Balazuc. Ein Ort für alle, die die Stille suchen.

Geweldig!
We hebben een heel fijne week gehad in Gite de la Maison Chassel. De gite was van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer net. Nadat je er een dagje op uit getrokken bent was het leuk nog even te relaxen aan het verwamde zwembad met prachtig zicht op Balazuc. De eigenaren Florence en Luc zijn ook zeer aangename mensen en staan altijd klaar om je wat tips over de omgeving te heven

Haus Chassel in Balazuc mit tollem Blick auf das alte Dorf
Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in Balazuc verbracht.
Das Haus war wunderbar, sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr gepflegt.
Monsieur Lemaire hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns alles Notwendige erklärt und mit uns einen Rundgang über das Grundstück gemacht. Wir haben uns in dem ruhig gelegenen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und können es für 2 Personen absolut empfehlen!
