Come and retreat to the calm on the heights of Eze Bord de Mer (1 km from the beach and the train station). This beautiful 35 m2 apartment, completely renovated and tastefully furnished, is located on the ground floor of an independent villa and has a private garden overlooking the superb harbor of Eze as well as the Nest of Eagle of the Côte d'Azur (Eze Village). It consists of a living room with fitted kitchen and French doors leading directly onto a private garden, a very bright bedroom with exposed stones, a small dressing room and a bathroom including a sink, a toilet and a shower.
You will find there all the comfort necessary to make you spend a pleasant stay. You will quickly feel comfortable there.
You will also be able to enjoy our superb jacuzzi. You will keep an unforgettable memory.
Our apartment is ideally suited for a couple who wishes to spend a very pleasant time on the Côte d'Azur, while enjoying the sea and the mountains, the perfect opportunity to visit our beautiful region.
Nice and Monaco are 10 km away, Cannes and Italy 45 km.
It is better to have a car.
Please note that we have pets that will not disturb you.

Extraordinary loveable

The Bompuis family are the kindest, and very giving people, who gave us a warm welcome and made our stay perfect. The small apartment is brand new and very cosy, everything is ment to be easy and relaxing. We made our own meals every day, and just enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrasse. The Beach is near by and the water was clean and warm. Good shopping in Beaulieu and Nice and Monaco is very close by too. A car is preffered but you Can manage to get around with train and busses. We will defenently recommend this home for all couples who likes to relax and enjoy life with quality in focus. We Will be back again next year for sure. Already looking forward to next summer in the Bompuis residence. France and especially Eze board du mer , is the place to be.
