Hidden Gem!

This house was such an amazing little gem! It was such a nice place for our large group to stay! We all fit comfortably and had an amazing time! The house is set in a great location and the distance from everything is just right! It’s close enough to everything that you can easily enjoy it, but it’s not so close that it’s noisy! We will definitely look to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to any large group!

Wonderful experience

This was my first time staying at one of these location so i was a liitle worried. Lisa was a wonderful help she walked me through the process any and every question i had she was always available to answer and to help. I had a great experience the home was every clean and had everything i needed even soap😂😂. If your looking for somewhere to stay in this area you will not be disappointed. Lisa was a great help. I would like to thank her for putting up with me for the whole weekend.

Good location for downtown activities.

For the pros: unlimited hot water, sleeping 10 was comfortable, equipped with an alarm system and fair pricing. Communication was easy with the property manager. On the cons side: the kitchen is small with nearly no counter space (not for cooking large meals), the furniture is quite warn and the house interior could use fresh paint in almost every room. It’s an older home - don’t expect a full renovation. The mattresses were okay, firm (which I like) but our mattress had a hole in it which made in somewhat uncomfortable. The air hockey table was broken and no longer available for use and the Christmas tree was a sad sight (it would have been better to not have one at all). If you are looking for a place to sleep on a busy stay in Cincinnati with lots of downtown activities this might be for you. If your looking for a place for a family weekend where you’ll be cooking food and playing games with lots of seating this probably isn’t for you.
