Its a "landlord special" type house

There was some cleanliness issues like a dirty magic eraser in the shower and dog hair all over the living room (just to name a few). There were some safety concerns such as a VERY steep set of stairs that tipped forward. The bathroom was uncomfortable. You had to sit sideways on the toilet because it was so close to the wall and the shower curtian was so broken we couldn't really open or shut. Not everyone would have issues but it was not ideal for us. The laundry was great. We loved that we could bring our dog. Just be aware they do not include the pet fee in the price like many listings do. We cleaned the place ourselves and the time we spent there was fine, but I wouldn't stay there again. The host was very nice once we finally got checked in so that was not an issue.
