We really enjoyed our second stay at this home. Great location close to fishing pier, beach, Fort Pickens and walking paths. Great place for family of 9 to hang out and relax!

We had a lovely stay with family. The location and views are perfect and the house is very spacious. The only reason we didn’t give it a higher rating was due to lack of cleanliness, lack of maintenance and lack of response from the rental company.

House was beautiful and location was perfect. We had 12 people, and there was more than enough room for everybody. They were very quick to respond whenever we had a question. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling.

July 2025 Beach Trip

Check-in was super easy. Place was clean and was very accommodating. However the property does need some TLC. Flooring needs to be replaced. Balcony door knob was coming off. Set screws were missing on 2nd floor bathroom toilet paper holder, so it would fall off the wall. But overall the house was great.

Convenient location.

This house was perfect for us and was just across the road from the beach . The little canal in the back yard was entertaining and you are able to walk the boardwalk to Peg Leg Petes and the store . The property manager was always a text away and checked in often . I look forward to coming back to this property i. The future.

Fantastic beach home!

Heather; the owner, made us feel very welcome at her beautiful home from the minute we booked until the day we left. Our entire family loved the location and amenities of this property. The sound is just across the street, and the marina and bay are just behind the house, and your walking distance from Peg Leg Pete's. You can't go wrong with this home! Looking forward until our next visit!

Exterior & Furniture are worn/stained. A/C leaking & addressed by Corp Rep. ~ However, the ground floor > Garage Room Ceiling< is soaked & growing Black Mold.

Thank you for your honest review. FUTURE RENTERS: We have ordered new interior furniture. The exterior furniture is Pollywood. The guest alerted us to the leak in the garage. (not in a room that is living space) We had the AC leak fixed immediately and have since cut out drywall and replaced. We were unaware until the renters call of leak and would have had to move the whole family to do the repair we did the next week.

Best location for boating!

This house is located in a prime location for us! We brought our boat and used the boat slip which is the only way to go on blue angel’s weekend. There is a boat ramp right across the bay in gulf Breeze. There was a little situation about which boat slip we were able to use and the property managers went above and beyond to make sure we had a boat slip. Communication with them was great and it made me feel more comfortable that it was a local rental company. We were able to walk across the street to the beach and walk to dinner at peg leg Pete’s (one of my fave restaurants on the beach with live music downstairs on weekends)! We cooked breakfasts and dinners with ease with what the house was stocked with.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!

This property was absolutely awesome! I went with my husband, two kids, father-in-law, nephew, his wife, and their two kids. The location could not have been any better! Beautiful home with tons of space and multiple balconies. Right next to Peg Leg Petes (delicious!) and directly across from the beach. Gulf access with a doc and walkway directly behind the home for easy access for Kayakers and Paddleboarders. My boys fished the entire time we were there and could easily drop their kayaks into the water. There is a garage under the home to store and equipment you bring on the trip (kayaks for us) and the view from the house is AMAZING!! Gorgeous view from the main living area with huge windows. Gorgeous view from the master suite. The three bathrooms were a huge plus with this many people going on our trip. House stayed nice and cool, and the beds were so comfy! We come every year, and this has been by far our favorite house. We love going to Fort Pickens and again the location was perfect for this!! The property manager was amazing with the best communication we have ever received during a stay in Pensacola. 5 stars all around and highly recommend it!!

Great location/Needs TLC

The location is amazing. Great access to beach and lovely view of boats. Peg Leg Pete’s is walkable and delicious! The house’s space is great too. But it needs a little TLC. The kitchen was missing essentials like measuring cups. There were cabinet doors and closet doors missing. There was only 1 pillow on a queen bed. The dishwasher’s utensil basket was missing some of the bottom so we could only use a portion of it. It was small things like this. But check in was easy and the beds comfortable. I know with a little attention this place will be magical.

Perfect for the entire family beach house!

Pensacola Beach Vaca

We have been visiting Pensacola Beach for over 15 years now. It is one our favorite places to be. The house is located right in the area we like to be in. Close to our favorite eating and shopping areas and directly across from access to the beach. The house is apparently under going a remodel which made the stay a little less than perfect but we over looked the issues and enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to have seen a more completely stocked kitchen but again we made due. Over all nice home that slept the twelve of us comfortably.

Beautiful

The property is in a great location. The house is still under renovation with some work to be done, but is a nice place to stay. The views from the front and the rear are amazing! On a 10 scale, 1 being worst and 10 being best, I'd have to give it a 7. If the renovation was completed I'd probably give it a 10. Still a great place to stay as it is.
