Cozy Place To Stay

Very pleasant stay. Rick was on call for a couple of quirky hiccups that sometime occur with any property. The house was clean and toasty warm when we arrived. So nice to see an older house fixed up for a vacation rental.

Cozy

Nice place. Has some unique furnishings. I would stay again. My two gripes are the downstairs bed is a bit hard and road noise can be annoying if sleeping in.

Great house

Cozy house was perfect for our party of 6. Comfortable beds, very clean, newly renovated. Rick was super nice and great with communication. We loved using the kayaks. The house is easy to get to as it's on the main road. Would definitely come again!

Excellent place to stay

Very nicely renovated, plenty of room and owner was great with communication! The only reason I gave a four stars for location was because we had to drive a distance to the fair we were at. Would have loved this to have been closer, but can't have everything! I definitely recommend this place!

Quaint house near the lake

This 3 BR, 1.4 bath house is reasonably priced and close to Lake Ariel. The owner was responsive, even installing a second air conditioner so the upstairs bedrooms could be cool on one of the hottest days of the summer. Would stay there again.

Affordable, well-renovated home

Rick was incredibly responsive and polite, making sure we had everything we needed. The property is well renovated; everything is new inside. There's lots of room especially for the price. As noted, the house is located on a busy road, which can make it rather noisy - especially if you like to enjoy fresh air with the windows open. The box fan in the bedroom blocked it out for me at night. A white noise app on your phone would work well also. Just noting for anyone who is sensitive to noise or a light sleeper.

Country farm house

Very easy communication. The place was spotless when I arrived, the air was already on, and little touches like coffee and milk in the fridge were great. Wry thoughtful and overall great experience. I would definitely stay again.

Yellow door farm house

This house was in the right location far enought from the hustle and bustle of the towns but close enough that nothing was too far of a drive. There is plenty of room to park a boat and some extra space for yard games such as corn hole or horseshoes. Rick took great care of us the entire time and even put some milk and ketchup in the fridge before we got there! He made sure everything was how we wanted it and kept in touch but was never too involved. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back again!
