The Tropézienne welcomes you in the charming setting of a small stone building of the 18th century, facing the Gironde and the public garden.
A stay in a historic environment, family, group, business, internship, for a few days or weeks.

In the heart of Blaye, you will enjoy this historic village, in front of the park of the public garden, the port of the pier and 100m from the Citadel of Blaye, UNESCO World Heritage Site, 45 minutes from Bordeaux or Libourne, 20 km from the nuclear power plant Blayais (CNPE), and a stone's throw from the Medoc by boat.
On the tourist program: oenological visits, vineyards and Blaye's hillsides.

Restored in respect of the old materials, the lodging is in the course of classification 3 ears and preserved the character of the buildings of the Aquitaine region, while offering an important comfort.
The cottage is perched on the top two floors of the building and forms a duplex.

The pretty entrance of the building which offers on the ground floor aesthetic services tattoo and lingerie trade, is protected by digicode, and it is the traditional wooden spiral staircase that will take you to the cottage.

We enter the second floor, and a beautiful entrance serves the 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
A small staircase leads you to the 3rd floor, which welcomes you with a large open living room forming living room, dining room, kitchen and overhung by a roof terrace, all in wood, from where the visitor can admire the Gironde and the trees majestic public garden.

The living area is over 92 m², with 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room.
The rooms are equipped with 2 beds of 90x200 combinable by special hooks, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, 1 wardrobe, a desk and 2 chairs.
The beds are ready on arrival and towels are provided. The bedding is recent and of good quality.
For each bed, you have mattress protector, duvet, 2 pillows and sheets, towel. A sofa bed and 1 cot and all baby equipment on request.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a wooden cabinet with double washbasin.

The layout and the contemporary equipment is planned to make the welcome and the stay comfortable and pleasant, so that you can fully enjoy your days.
The kitchen is very well equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, large fridge-freezer, food processor, all kitchen accessories, kitchen island with halogen hob, electric oven, hood, many storage cupboards .
The cover is homogeneous, double and complete (18 covers, tea towels ...)
The table is provided for lunch for 8 people.
The living room is comfortable with its spacious and soft sofas
The sofa bed will allow you to comfortably sleep 2 additional people
TV, dvd-mp3 player, WiFi internet access, hi-fi, telephone, books and board games.
