Beautiful single-floor villa in the lovely village of Cardinal Cove. This spacious, comfortable, well appointed residence has three bedrooms, two baths, tile flooring, custom plantation shutters, and lovely, comfortable furnishings. It can comfortably sleep 2-8, so it is perfect for those who have kids and grandchildren visiting Naples during your stay.

This residence is very much our home--not your typical rental. It is furnished with a kitchen loaded with comforts and appliances, bicycles that we are happy to share with our guests, and a charcoal grill. Also a 2 car garage with driveway. Enjoy the very private lake view from the lanai. The village of Cardinal Cove only has 44 residences and truly has a neighborhood feel. This villa is the perfect getaway from the cold winter. Enjoy Fiddler’s Creek and everything it has to offer including a gorgeous club and spa, fitness center, casual and fine dining, many activities, like fitness classes, pickle ball, Fiddler's Creek parties & events, bocci ball, and fantastic amenities. This home is close to shopping and conveniently located just moments from the gate to the main road (Collier Blvd) & downtown Naples. A perfect long term getaway (minimum 30 days required)!

Only a few miles from Marco Island, Isles of Capri, Naples 5th Avenue, 3rd Avenue, Tin City, Everglades and so many attractions. 3 Hours to Orlando, 2 Hours to Miami and a Boat Ride to Key West.

Home is Smoke free/Vape Free and pet free.

$750 membership transfer fee is additional and allows you full access to Fiddlers Creek Amenities including Club and Spa, Fitness Center, Pickle Ball Courts, Pools, Hot Tub, Pool side cocktail service, Dining and much more! Golf and Tennis are not included with this rental.

Why they chose this property

Our street is a lovely and private Cul Du Sac---only 44 homes and no thru traffic. We have a lovely private community pool only steps from our door which is the perfect spot to relax and read while getting tan.
