Résidence calme dans un quartier animé. Belle vue sur la mer et le port. Appartement propre. Salles de bain et chambres nécessiteraient un rafraîchissement qui a été partiellement commencé . Pièce à vivre entièrement rénovée. Mauvaise réception fréquente sur les 3 télévisions dont 1 qui ne reçoit que 5 chaines. Séjour globalement agréable.
