Older Pictures of Décor & Rooms, but now being set up almost the same without the baby room. Toddler / Infant Needs are still available anytime.

Fantastic Central Location in Heart of Holladay. 1 Block Walking distance from NEW HARMON's Grocery Store ( Shopping, Restaurants, Food Trucks (Seasonal), Easy access to Freeway Entrances & 30 minutes from Ski Resorts such as Park City, Snowbird, & others! Short Driving Distance / Ride Share to University of Utah & Central Location in the Salt Lake Valley / Wasatch Mountains. Nearly everything is within 20-30 minutes!

ZERO outside Noise after 10pm. Maximum Occupancy is 8, no exceptions. Please be courteous and respectful to the home and neighbors. Although this home is set up to have fun, it is NOT a big party home. Please move inside after 10pm if your group would like to continue to socialize. Noise carries far and easily in the quiet neighborhood night. Thank you.

Great house and great location convenient for skiing and downtown Salt Lake City

This house in Holladay was perfect for our trip to Salt Lake City to ski and visit downtown. The house was clean and well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive in addressing questions we had prior to arrival, as well as following up with us during our stay. I would recommend the Holladay Rambler to anyone planning to visit Salt Lake City and the Cottonwood Canyons.

Nice comfortable quiet place for family

The fenced back yard was great for dogs. The hot tub was marvelous. Ping pong and other games were downstairs. Beds and pillows very comfortable. In a great convenient location.

Great place and owner was very responsive and helpful.

This is the first time we have stayed in this part of Salt Lake and loved the area and location. The place was convenient and had a great big yard. They also allowed us to bring our three dogs which is great and they loved the yard. The manager/owner was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent location!!

My family and I just stayed here for almost 2 weeks. The house is located in an excellent location close to many stores and restaurants. The house itself is wonderful with plenty of space and a nice game room downstairs. The property manager is very responsive with any questions or needs. I highly recommend this VRBO and will stay here again in the future if it is available.

Great house, close to cool shopping/dining

We looked for a nice house, great backyard, pet friendly, and awesome tv area for everyone to gather!! Hard to find these days… but this house filled the bill for all that we requested. Thanks CJ for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Comfortable house in great location

We are a mixed group of friends visiting SLC for the Sundance Film Festival and skiing. This house was very convenient for all our activities with the added bonus of having a shopping centre within a couple of minutes walk. CJ the owner was informative, helpful and responsive throughout our stay, and for questions prior to our arrival. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The open kitchen dining and living areas made for a perfect setting for socialising when we were in together. The games room was an added bonus although we didn't have much time to take advantage of it!

Great Stay with Family

CJ is over the top with making this an enjoyable experience in her home and takes into account the smallest of details. Extremely responsive and as clean at move in as you could ask for. Great hot tub, great comfortable beds all around. Pool and Foosball tables for fun. Quiet neighborhood with a walk to shops and restaurants. No doubt we will be back again.

Great short stay in Holladay

We only stayed here one night. We wished we could have stayed longer. The place was fantastic. Our group of 10 had more than enough room. The place comes with billards, ping pong, hot tub, and even a fire pit. Very close to restaurants and bars in a nice new hip area. Highly recommend this place. Owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Do not hesitate to book this place. Thank you!

This is one of the BEST homes we have ever rented! The house is as described! Nice and roomy and clean. The owner was quick to respond and the communication was great. We will definitely rent here again in the future!
