1st floor 70m2 apartment with shared swimming pool and one dedicated parking place - at 800m from the sea - swimming pool and mountain view - sea view from the private solarium.

Apartment with large lounge, 2 bedrooms (one with 1.6m large bed, the other with superposed single bed) - additional 2 persons could sleep in the sofa in the lounge. another little mattress is located under the superposed bed.
Kitchen fully furnished with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, iron with table, coffee machine, TV, WIFI and climatization.
Additional large fridge + large freezer in the main room.
On the private solarium, parasol and lounge chairs and 2 foldable bikes are available (also some beach game (racquets + inflatable boat for children)
In the apartment, one foldable baby bed is available + 1 bike children seat.
on the terrace and on the private solarium, table + chairs + Electric BBQ.

Lovely comfortable and clean apartment, great location

Very clean and comfortable apartment, fully fitted with really everything you need for your stay and more. Good size terras with seating and view on pool and mountains. Also a large solarium/rooftop terras with loungebeds and seating area with view on the sea. Convenient location, close to shops, beach and entertainment. Located in a well maintained gated urbanization with a view on the amazing well maintained pool and gardens. A lot of birds, lush and green surroundings, view on quiet and relaxing place. We loved it! Communication with owner very good.

tv box no english channels,but had taken our own box which worked, no loungers either broken or full of dirt,the bikes in a shed on roof rusted up,but we wouldnt have used anyway.shower over bath un safe no mat or handle to hold,sun umbrealls broken, good points quite location,wi-fi average 7mbps,secure unit,plenty hot water,large fride freezer,plenty of cutlery,sun parasol on roof worked but no loungers, the apartment could be good if a weeks rental was spent on it,

Unfortunately, you are rigth ; I've not been able to come before your stay to fix some of the problems - this is now done : TX box changed with different software to receive worldwide channels - Bicycles repaired and derusted (they stayed some time under the rain on the roof), the sun parasol has also been repaired this week. Sorry for the convenience

Very clean

We found the apartment very small the kitchen especially small almost impossible to cook in even though there was everything you could possibly need very well equipped. The towels were very old and like dusters we had to go and buy a couple of bath towels from todo shop there was no toilet paper on arrival no cleaning products to keep it clean the beds were rock hard only one sunbed was usable the others were all broken as were the sun umbrellas the bikes had flat tyres. The location made up for the misrepresentations and very quiet with a beautiful pool. Only having one key made it difficult. Wi-Fi not very reliable. But you get what you pay for and we had a relaxing stay.

Appartement conforme à l annonce.

Très bon séjour à Vera, appartement très propre beaucoup de vaisselle, de linge, une superbe vue, seul bémol avoir une voiture. Nous pas de soucis nous prenions la voiture pour aller à la plage car un peu loin...sinon le paysage est magnifique.

Es el tercer año que venimos, creo que con eso lo digo todo. El apartamento es acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. La urbanización es muy bonita, y la playa de Vera está a unos 20-30 minutos andando. Recomiendo el bar-tienda "Cositas", es el único que hay por la zona, pero merece la pena al 100% . Se come bien y barato, y las dueñas son encantadoras.

En términos generales el apartamento ha cumplido nuestras expectativas. Mi familia y yo hemos estado cómodos durante nuestra estancia en agosto 2021. El apartamento y sus instalaciones muy bien. Muchas tranquilidad, buena ubicación. Puntos negativos: no había congelador, el lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente y las cerraduras de las puertas no iban muy bien. El resto muy bien equipado. Solucionando estos pequeños inconvenientes, recomendamos el apartamento.

El apartamento está bien, pero adolece de algunos errores típicos en quieres vacacionales.

El apartamento estaba limpio, pero ropa de cama.y toallas muy usadas y sin certificado de haber sido lavadas a altas temperaturas ( lavandería industrial ). Sólo uno de los dos frigoríficos que hay en el apartamento funciona, es pequeño y no tiene congelador. La cocina es diminuta, apenas caben dos personas en ella. No hay espacio de almacenaje en la cocina y los cubiertos y vasos están en el salón , al descubierto. La cerradura de la puerta y portales funcionan regular. Sólo nos dieron una copia de las llaves , lo dificulta la movilidad individual de los adultos .La piscina bien, pero gracias a que prácticamente no había nadie alojado en el resto del complejo, en plena ocupación y con el covid hubiera sido imposible, ni con turnos, acceder a la misma. La playa está lejos, como a 1 km algo que ya sabíamos, pero además no se puede ir andando porque habría que cruzar carreteras sin arcén ni pasos de peatones. Parking sin techado al exterior, coger el coche por la tarde se convierte en una odisea. Lo positivo, la tranquilidad del complejo y de la zona en general, playas limpias con socorrista y relativamente poca piedra, aunque ya se sabe que en esa zona cubre en seguida. Ya en la zona comercial muchos locales donde elegir comer y tomar algo.
