T2 apartment of 36 sqm on the 1st floor, southern exposure, in quiet and secure residence with pool and private parking, 200 m from the beach Richelieu center, the most beautiful beach of Cap d'Agde. Access by a path, no road to cross. Ideal family with children. Bright living room with sofa bed 2 places, TV, kitchen (microwave combined, hob, fridge, washing machine ...), a beautiful room with window, a cabin with window, bathroom and toilet independent with window, a large loggia, a lot of storage, very functional apartment. Many small shops next to the residence and a lidl about 500 m. Near Aqualand, from islands to leisure. Everything is done on foot. Non-smoking tenants preferably. Our friends the animals are not allowed. Possible rentals during the various events: harley davidson, boat show ...

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement qui est bien situé, proche de la plage, avec chemin pédestre, idéal pour aller à la mer. Appartement bien équipé, clair et lumineux, propre. Le fait qu'il soit traversant permet une circulation de l'air, agréable pour les nuits. Propriétaires accueillants et agréables avec une intention particulière à l'arrivée. La proximité, un grand plus pour les activités, restaurants et boutiques qui permet de tout faire à pied. Nous pensons revenir sur Cap d'Agde un été prochain.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , l'appartement est très bien aménagé, très bien équipé et très bien situé, à proximité des commerces , restaurants et plage à 200 m environ . La piscine est belle et bien entretenue . La résidence est calme et bien sécurisée . Nous y reviendrons .

Nos premières vacances en famille !

Location pratique, propre, confortable et lumineuse pour des vacances en famille. Très bien située, aller à la mer à pied était un vrai bonheur. Proche de l’île au loisir et d’aqualand, pas besoin de prendre la voiture ! Piscine dans la résidence très bien entretenue (désinfection COVID, etc…). Résidence fermée et sécurisée. Appartement qui convient aux enfants. Propriétaires très accueillants et agréables qui nous ont accueillis avec des petites douceurs. Une bonne adresse au Cap D’agde que je recommande !

Localisation parfaite a côté mer,aqualand,ile au loisirs. Port pas très loin.tout ce fait à pied. Propriétaire très accueillant et gentil. On reviendra je pense.

Tout simplement génial

Vous ne pouvez pas trouver mieux aux Cap Dagde que chez Mr et Mme MONTET L'emplacement du logement est idéal. Celui-ci est d'une propreté irréprochable, avec une jolie décoration et des attentions sont apportées aux voyageurs. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner. Merci à tous les deux
