L’accueil à l’agence comme toujours très chaleureux! Top appartement, à quelques pas des plages, du centre ville, de la boulangerie, du supermarché etc… la piscine est magnifique, très propre et très bien entretenue. On adore et on va revenir avec plaisir!

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem schönen zentral gelegenen Appartement in Sainte-Maxime. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern etc). Ein eigener Parkplatz in der kühlen Tiefgarage sehr nah am Aufzug, der einen direkt neben die Wohnungstür bringt. Der Pool ist wunderschön und zum Strand sowie ins Zentrum läuft man 5 Minuten. Also außer für den Großeinkauf benötigt man eigentlich kein Auto. Schräg gegenüber ist ein kleiner Spar-Minimarkt, falls man kurz etwas benötigt. Jeden Tag - auch sonntags - bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. Der Balkon bietet nachmittags schöne Sonne, während man mittags bei der größten Hitze noch schön Schatten hat. Der Weg zum Pool ist - während der Öffnungszeiten des Empfangs in der Residenz (9-12 und 16-19) innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar, während der Mittagszeit muss man zwar aussenrum laufen, was aber auch kein Beinbruch ist. Der Empfang in der Agentur war sehr herzlich und alle Mitarbeiter dort sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir gehen sehr gerne in diese Residenz, da alles immer reibungslos klappt und das nicht zuletzt aufgrund der tollen Mitarbeiter bei Elocimmo. Auch die Abreise war mit keinerlei Problemen verbunden, wir sind außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Agentur abgereist und konnten die Schlüssel dort einwerfen - perfekt. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! Auch vielen Dank an das tolle Team von Elocimmo! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Assez grand logement en ville

Se situe non loin de la ville.Il faut compter 5 a 10min pour aller en ville où a la plage.La plage du centre ville n'est pas chouette.le logement est correct mais pas de micro onde et canapé pas confortable et odorant. La piscine est bien chaude. Le plus est la salle de sport à disposition.
