Just for 4 people maximun

I would not recommend staying in this house. The property is old and needs essential maintenance. It's dirty, the curtains are ruined, the shower curtain is broken. It is supposed to suit eight people. Not at all; the kitchen table is just for four people, and the beds are small. There is no privacy; you see the neighbor's patio from the kitchen and feel envious because they have nice outdoor furniture. The "patio" is just a continuation of the small garage; to go there, you must go through the filthy furnace room with spider webs everywhere. The only two positive aspects are the location and the rent company's customer service; they are fast to answer.

Good place

Good place . Great neighborhood . House covered all basic needs . Kitchen area is large . Bedrooms were basic and comfortable . Beds were ok . Outside deck area was ok and could be cleaned up . Area has more potential . Great place for a group or family . Location is in a good neighborhood , and a 15 minute walk to beach. (Not at Pier)

Not Clean and Very Sparse

We rented this beach cottage for the location, but what we got were double beds (NOT Queen size beds, as described), dead bugs lining the perimeter of the kitchen floor (why didn't the cleaning crew sweep?) and absolutely no cleaning products or even hand soap in the bathrooms. There was no dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher pods/liquid, no laundry detergent and literally no soap in the bathrooms at all. The rental stated that we would either need to bring linens or rent them, but not having pump hand soap, dishsoap and basic cleaning supplies in the kitchen/laundry was incredibly disappointing! We had to go to a Walmart on our vacation just to purchase these things. Whomever rents after us... you're welcome! But overall, I would say that the house was not clean. The back entrance way spelled like mold and there were dead bugs (a lot!) in various rooms. It was disappointing and we will not be back.

Nice house close to everything

Nice charming house close to the beaches and all restaurants. The house has a nice patio to hang out outside but no yard, which we didn't realize until we got there and would've been nice to have with kids. Parking was easy, the check in and check out process was easy. The one negative I will say is the house still seemed a little dirty from the last renters, there was dog hair that we found throughout the house. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and love Narragansett!

RI vacation

We were grateful for a place we could stay that we could bring our dogs. This house is a decent walk from a pricey beach but it’s doable as long as you don’t have much to carry. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, too. The back patio/deck is comfortable most of the day.
