Epic mountain views - Custom home- great relaxing/entertainment patio/pool/yard
This beautifully three BR two BA custom home is located in La Quinta Cove. Near many PGA tour quality golf courses and just a few miles from The Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Also very near the Polo grounds where The Stage Coach and Cochella Music Festivals are held. There is also local hiking trails near by that venture up to and through the Santa Rosa Mountains. The 1875 sf home is comfortable and well appointed. There is a nice modern kitchen inside with two dinning areas.
There are stunning close mountain and valley views from almost every area of this property. The large cement Patio provides a great place to relax, congregate or have a BBQ. The patio is equipped with comfortable chairs and umbrella table and propane fire pit table.
There is a nice 30' X 15' rectangle swimming pool that goes from 4 to 8 feet deep. The swimming pool is SOLAR heated from a large solar unit on the roof. The water is very warm when the sun has been shinning for at least a week. There are floating rafts to float around in the pool. The spa is NOT heated.
The yard is nicely landscaped and is enclosed by a nice 5 foot wall in the front of the property and a new six foot synthetic fence to provide privacy from the neighbors.
The modern Kitchen is fully equipped with all sizes of pots and pans, well stocked with utensils and dishes. Set up for cooking in if you like! There are two dinning rooms.
We are looking for mature and responsible short term renters. ***No pets or small children are allowed.***
All primary renters will be required to fill out and return our 5 page rental agreement and swimming pool waiver within five days of the reservation request. A copy of the primary renters Drivers Licence or passport will also be required at that time. Failure to complete these items will result in a cancellation of reservation. La Quinta business licence number 066022.

We are both born and raised in California. We enjoy all aspects of the state. One of its best features is the Coachella Valley. It has the sunshine and the warmth that the coast and mountains lack in the fall, winter and spring months. Temperatures usually range in the 70's in this time frame.
Why they chose this property
La Quinta Cove is nestled in the Santa Rosa Mountains. It is slightly elevated above the valley floor has a 300* view of the surround mountains that opens up to a view of the Valley. Yet only a mile from old town La Quinta's restaurants, shops, tennis/pickleball courts and park. there are also dozens of golf courses near by, including PGA West.
The Cove is also shielded from occasional bad weather conditions on the valley floor. There are near by hiking trails at the end of our street that wind into the mountains with stunning views of the valley below.

What makes this property unique
Although this double lot 10,000 sq ft property is in the desert, The entertainment patio has a beautiful and lush yard with a huge green lawn, with over 20 fruit and palm trees. There is a very large by desert standards 30'X15" pool just of the patio. The yard is surrounded by a privacy wall and fence that do not block the surrounding mountain and valley views.
The Patio is great for outdoor living with an umbrella table, BBQ, large teak double lounger, and propane fire pit table.
