Very nice property and very helpful hosts. They communicated clearly and promptly. The house is bigger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everybody. The hot tub looking out over the ocean and the private path to the beach were huge bonuses.

The house was perfect for us. The beach was idyllic and the access was perfect. We had a brief, small, family reunion and everybody loved the house and the beach. We’re already making plans for another visit next year (if it works for the owners).

loud traffic noise from hwy. and driveway is challenging to get in and out of property, the house is open and lots of space for large groups, the private beach below was wonderful. thank you for sharing your home!

Terrific beachfront home for our family gathering. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough for multiple cooks to work in at the same time. The furniture is very comfortable and there are multiple areas for socializing, playing games, or curling up with a book. The ocean views are spectacular and we really appreciated the private beach access on property.

First off the Oregon coast is beautiful and this place was in the beach and the beach was pristine and pretty empty. The house comfortably fit my family of 10( 2 small children and 1 dog). The rooms were spacious. We had a couple of concerns , ant infestation in bathroom on lower level and main level. The property manager quickly responded to the concern. My bigger issue was the house does not come across clean especially in kitchen. Floor / cabinets need updating. Overall great family vacation

I've stayed at several houses along the Oregon Coast & this one has hands down the best access to the beach as well as stunning panoramic view. Beach access is a short walk that includes a few stairs with a handrail. There is a clear line of sight from the deck to the beach which was a huge plus for our group of 3 families with kids. There are also two convenient rinsing off areas right before entering the house & plenty of hot water for showers! The house is huge with plenty of room to spread out & also to comfortably gather. The top floor of this home is amazing. From comfortable seating to amazing views, it is a little oasis. The daybed on this floor in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, our son said it felt like "sleeping on the ocean" with windows/views of the ocean on 3 sides of him. The second floor has ample comfortable seating, more great views and a well equipped kitchen as well as a large fully contained deck our dogs loved hanging out on. Our group spent the majority of our time together on this floor. The pool table & shuffleboard in the garage were fantastic to have. For groups like ours: There is a large difference from the top floor master (large, bright stunning views!) to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor (smaller and next to each other) to the king bedroom in the basement (feels less nice) . Just something to be aware of when picking rooms/costs. The host was responsive and we had a fantastic time here!
