This sixth-floor condo is comfortably furnished and offers stunning views of the coast and Tillamook Head. Enjoy a gas fireplace, a private balcony, and wonderful access to Seaside's beach and the famous Promenade mere steps away.

Just across from the condo, you'll find miles of sandy shoreline to explore. Fly a kite, ride a bike, or just throw out a towel and bask in the summer sun. Or, instead of hitting the beach, step out onto the Promenade and head up to the Seaside Aquarium. Dining, shopping, and family fun are also within walking distance along Broadway Street, including the Funland Entertainment Center and the Carousel Mall. Whatever you choose to do, this is sure to be a trip that the whole family will remember!

Back again!

We've stayed here a few times. Always a great time. The staff is really good, knowledgeable about the building and the town, and so friendly and helpful. The unit is comfy, cozy, and has a well equipped kitchen. Oh, and the VIEW!

Amazing views

The view is everything in this lovely condo. The condo, itself, is a little dated. But, it is clean and the floor to ceiling living room sliding doors and windows are clean! The views are amazing. You can see the full ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. This location is absolutely ideal with short walking distance to the beach, promenade, shops, restaurants, and Funland. Funland is our favorite place as a family. We also love Dooger’s Restaurant and prefer the food to MO’s. But, MO’s has beautiful views to enjoy. Anyway, we have loved the Sand and Sea building for over a decade and it was wonderful to be back. We would definitely stay in 618 again!

Beautiful place to stay on a stormy weekend!

The location was great, near the beach and town. The views were beautiful and provided a great coast feeling even though the weather was bad and we didnt spend much time on the beach. It was clean and comfortable for four adults. I would stay there again!

This was a comfortable apartment for two couples, with easy walking access to good restaurants and side trips to the north and south. Yes, the views are nice.
