Balcony facing the ocean, promenade, down town and the turn around. Watch the passers by and breathe the beautiful salty air. This condo is one of the nicest on the prom. 1000 sq. feet and very spacious. Sleeps 6

Wonderful stay during off season

Lovely spacious condo steps from the beach. A tremendous view off the balcony deck. Well stocked and clean. Great spot to visit during low season.

Spectacular!

Our stay was amazing! The property was much nicer than it had looked in the pictures: a perfect surprise. The 3rd floor property had a spectacular view of the ocean. No need to even go outside when the ocean is right there. But going out was perfect also: right on the beach, at the prom, the location was perfectly central. A great stay in every way.

Incredible View

This property was amazingly comfortable for our family birthday trip to Seaside. It was close to everything and the view was incredible! This property does show a little wear and tear, but it's a rental property and to be expected. Fabulous view condo!

Great view and close to the beach. Extremely clean and ready for our visit. Towels were super soft. A couple of safety concerns — many dishes were chipped and outdoor handle of patio is badly corroded and cut one of our family member’s hand. You can’t find a better location !!

Tournament convenience

Honestly a very optimal location for a soccer tournament that takes place right on the sand. Event could be viewed and participants could easily move back and forth between games. The accommodations were very adequate and just as listed. 6 of us fit very nicely in the space and did not feel cramped. A must consider for the next event.

Outstanding View

The view was outstanding. The property was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to local restaurants and shops. Walking along the promenade by the beach each day is definitely a bonus. The kitchen items were a bit dated. The knives were not sharp enough to cut an apple and there wasn’t a cutting board. No small bowls for snacks.

Great Vacation Location

Very happy with this condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Beds...we wanted to take home with us. If I had one thing from my home would be a hand held shower head... but that is getting picky. Beautiful view from this 3rd floor condo. Elevator was great to have for access with all of our luggage. I wouldn't recommend toddlers because the windows open low at the floor...no screens. Wonderful week spent at this location.

Beach Stay

The condo was very clean. Access to the beach and the view was amazing. The condo could use some updates, not enough dishes (table ware). The frying pans were old teflon and could not use them. The master bathroon toilet would run when flushed. These are not major issues but for the price of the condo, should really be addressed and taken care of. A little inconvenient when not enough dishes to serve 6 people. We would however stay again.

Great View of the Ocean

We loved being close to the beach, but the pictures don’t show that it’s nearly half a mile to the ocean itself. We loved having the windows open to let the breeze in, until the campfires on the beach introduced at significant amount of smoke. The condo is really close to a lot of the downtown attractions, making an easy walk to the Aquarium and other features. Make sure to ask which parking spot is yours, because they didn’t mark them with unit numbers and you need to know which ones are yours (our instructions didn’t come with that info and I had to contact the office). It was just me and my mom, so we were very comfortable, but it would fit more people than that comfortably. We left before we were done seeing everything in Seaside and the surrounding area, so we definitely want to go back!

JUST LIKE HOME WITHOUT THE OCEAN

Lisa & Sharon went above & beyond (short of doing the ‘make the rain’ dace go away ). It was a beautiful condoThat we all fell in love with. I especially loved the gas fireplace. & planned to get one as soon as budget allows.We all had a GREAT TIME & can’t wait to return & stay again. Lisa & Sharon were great HOSTS & we can’t wait to stay again there.
