This luxurious large 3-bedroom 3 bath unit is located on the promenade, on the fourth floor, 1 block away from the turnround. Panoramic view of the turnaround, prom and Tillamook head. Beautifully decorated with art and floral.

Take a few steps from the 4th floor elevator and step into a spacious entrance with a view of the ocean. Has a keyless entrance door. Fully equipped large kitchen, spacious for home cooking, large dining table for family gatherings. Has lots of counter space with under cabinet light. The living room has reclining and swivel chairs with fireplace, Wi-fi and DVD player. Lots of books, DVDs, and games to choose from.

An outdoor balcony opens up to an unobstructed view of ocean, beach, turnaround, prom and fenced green lawn. The balcony has a bench, chairs, and table. Makes a perfect spot to enjoy meals, morning coffee, catch ocean breeze, relax and people watch. The balcony extends from living room to master bedroom making that an easy excess to living room and kitchen.

All 3 bedrooms have TV, dressers, and closets. The master bedroom has a DVD, fireplace, excess to balcony. Master bath has jacuzzi with separate shower stall.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, and large deep laundry sink.

This is an excellent place to stay. We loved having our annual cousins weekend in the beautiful condo. The view was spectacular and we walked to dinner and the shops several times! We wished there was at least one more place to sit in the living room…

Our family spent 3 nights at this lovely condo just before Christmas. The location is fabulous - easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Excellant place to stay!

We stayed here we our adult kids. One large master bedroom and two others with a queen and single in each. Lots of flexibility. Beautiful view of the ocean from the forth floor. Kitchen facilities provided everything we needed.Lovely stay!

Perfect location for everything Seaside

Weather was awful. Welcome to Oregon....had a great time walking a bit on the beach and into town. Unfortunately, had to go to Urgent Care for my daughter and the service/care was much more thorough and better than you get in the big cities.

Perfect location and condo for 3 couples!

Wow! Everything about this condo was just what we were looking for! 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was certainly a highlight, 2nd of course to the VIEW VIEW VIEW! Being right on the beach was amazing. Easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Having all necessary kitchen appliances, tools, utensils and dinnerware was such a plus. We cooked 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners, and never lacked for anything. Didn't even have to call anyone, because there was no reason. Everything was so clearly labeled! Our only question would have been how to turn the heat off, as it ran at 74 (too warm for us) constantly. We had to have the bedroom fans on at night. All in all this condo gets 5 stars from us, and we'll be back!

Huge condo with 2 parking spaces, elevator! 4th floor so fab view of the beach. Easy walk to tons of restaurants. Furnished with everything, including coffee and spices. Kitchen just over the top. King bed so comfy (but high-steps provided if needed), queens and twins in other 2 bedrooms. Huge washed (with detergent!) and dryer (dryer sheets). Just very, very thoughtful, from napkins to bath soaps. Loved it so much, we extended our stay. Wow!

What a beautiful condo! We loved the layout, and this is the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen! It was also wonderful to find it stocked with extra toilet paper, napkins, and a variety of other items. Communication with the property owner and property manager were exceptional. We will definitely be back!

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Seaside. The condo was spacious and nicely furnished. I have some health issues so it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the ocean from the comfort of a rocking recliner. .

Spring Break Get Away

This property is amazing! The lay out of the floor is fantastic. Everyone had privacy but we could still hang out together in the living room. The view was incredible and the location is unbeatable! We would love to stay here again!

Excellent condo, you'll like it. Roomy!

Owners and housekeeping both do an amazing job for guests. Super roomy, little things were thought of. All switches were labeled, no guessing. Nice touches. We have vacation rentals so we do judge. Extra kitchen supplies were provided, spices appreciated. Nice dishes, cookware, range. All I would add is a broiler pan, cookie sheets, and a non stick 10" skillet for scrambled eggs. Ribbed pans don't work well. Small details. All in all, perfect. Thank you for being so considerate. I'd leave a note on the counter about the pan suggestion but I think it seldom makes it to the owners.

Accessible and comfortable

We had a mixed age family group that included folks with limited mobility. This turned out to be a perfect option for us. The unit was very accessible, and the view was unobstructed on the 4th floor. Being close to the Prom, and the turnaround, meant everything was navigable for all.
