This oceanfront family home since 1971 welcomes you! Walk up a few steps to reach the porch, then enter and you'll find yourself on the first floor of this stunning home. Here, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. The open layout of this room leads you to the first living room, complete with spectacular ocean views. Large windows allow the Seaside sun to pour in, and sliding glass doors open up to the front deck running the length of the home. At the back of the first level, you find the first bedroom with a large bed and a deck all to itself. A full bathroom and a washer and dryer complete this floor.

Upstairs, you enter into the fine great room, with ample seating for everyone! This room includes a wet bar with mini fridge, a table and chairs perfect for cocktails or games, and a large flatscreen TV complete with DVD and VCR. Don't forget the telescope to watch the passing ships and beachgoers. There's also another oceanfront deck for outdoor living. Wrapped in large windows to maximize the view, you will never leave this room! There are two bedrooms on this level, plus a bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
