Located right on the Promenade in the heart of Seaside, this condo is close to everything the town has to offer. The complex is right on the beach and the 1.5-mile Promenade, where tons of people spend the day sunbathing, rollerblading, biking, and hanging out. You'll have access to all of the restaurants and bars on Broadway Street, while the nearby mountains and Tillamook Head provide fantastic scenery and outdoor activities.

The living room is bright, modern, and spacious with views of the surrounding mountains and town. Stretch out on the sectional sofa with a glass of wine in front of the gas fireplace, or watch a DVD on the huge TV - this area is perfect for lounging! There are spots for everyone at the dining table, plus seats at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary so you won't have to spend loads of cash going out to eat, plus there's even a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

Out on the private patio, you can see the ocean and relax in the patio chairs! Free WiFi is provided as well.

You'll love the location of this gorgeous home - it's just two blocks south of downtown and close to all the restaurants, bars, and cute boutiques in Seaside. You can easily spend the whole day right on the beach and the popular Promenade without having to hop in the car or wander too far. The Seaside Aquarium is a fun place to pass the time with your young children, or you could play skeeball, air hockey, and video games or use the bumper cars in Funland, the largest arcade on the Oregon Coast.

If you feel like getting into more of an outdoor adventure, there are plentiful options all around Seaside. Ecola State Park is about 10 miles south, where you'll find incredible scenery, fun hiking trails, tidepools to explore, and beaches to comb. Fort Stevens State Park is about 16 miles north with similar options, while Astoria about 17 miles north is home to even more outdoor activities, Lewis and Clark historic sites, and more dining and shopping.

No matter what you end up doing in this incredible area, this Northern Oregon Coast getaway will keep you in comfortable and in style!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
