The interior of this condo is updated and comfortable with adorable details of marine-inspired decor. The living room has comfy couches, a gas fireplace, and a TV where you can watch your favorite DVDs. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide ample natural light, as well as views of the mountains and town. Step out onto the patio to see the ocean and breathe in the fresh air! There are six spots at the dining table as well as two chairs at the breakfast bar/center island of the kitchen. With full amenities, cooks can easily whip up a special meal in the kitchen.

The main bedroom has a bright beach theme and a TV. With a full attached bathroom, whoever gets this room will enjoy plenty of privacy.

There are endless options for activities all year round in this town. Seaside is well known for its sandy beach and views of the gorgeous Coastal Range. Rent a stand-up paddleboard or just relax on the beach - it's all available! During the colder months, visitors love to storm-watch, whale-watch, or go clamming. You can also find friendly restaurants nearby.

Gearhart Ocean State Park and Del Rey Beach State Recreation Site are about five miles north for more beaches and views, while the gorgeous Ecola State Park is about 10 miles south, offering hiking trails and views of famous Oregon landmarks. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
