OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the 4th floor, with expansive ocean views! Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV and DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use on the ground floor. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.

Great location

We had a very enjoyable time staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an awesome view of the beach and it’s just a two minute walk to the beach. It’s also a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again!

A stress reliver

My wife has a very stressful job and the beach is her therapy! This location has a great view and it is right along the promenade, which makes for easy walks on the beach. We had a great time.

Seaside rainy getaway!

Despite the rain, we had a terrific time! Even the ocean in the rain is magical plus Seaside had plenty of attractions to keep us happily occupied for 3 days. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus a great view!

Fabulous View and Fabulous Location

We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean and the rain. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Seaside for shops, the carousel mall and restaurants. Three beds for 3 adults was perfect; they were very comfortable.

Overall a wonderful stay! View is amazing. Clean except for the dishes in the cupboard. Guessing last person that stayed put the dishes in the dishwasher but didn’t turn it on. Cleaning crew just emptied it without looking.

Our favorite place to stay

We have stayed in this building twice now, and plan on coming back every year. Loved this unit. Very clean, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed and couch. We were very happy there.

Great location

Beautiful view, great location, spacious condo. Everything was very clean and tidy! You can tell the condo, fixtures, and appliances are old, but only because of the style. It was a bit like a time capsule, and I mean that in the most positive way. We loved it! We were shocked that everything looked so great and nicely kept. We highly recommend this place!

Needs some work

The location is great. And I love having two bathrooms and a king size bed. But there are several things that need work. One of the burners on the stove doesn’t work. The toaster is not working correctly. The shower in the master bath is difficult to use and has a rusty drain. The screen door going out to the deck needs to be replaced. We had to rub it with dish soap in order to get it to slide closed. The curtain rods are not adequate for the weight of the curtains. We bought some air fresheners just because the place smelled so musty.

GREAT LOCATION

This was an incredible place to stay in Seaside. It was within walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and downtown. It was also close to golf courses, Only thing that would have been nice was a listing of TV stations. We ended up making our own little guide.

Minor issues

Beautiful view. Clean, which is always a huge plus! The bedroom bathroom shower needs to be fixed and overall could use a few updates. The bed was comfortable and living room furniture also comfortable. Be advised that the bedroom is right by the elevator. People don’t always think about the fact that someone may want to sleep until 8am when on vacation 😊

Great location, clean house

Stayed with my young daughter and some friends. The place was very clean and had very comfortable furniture. The only negative I would say is the kitchen was slightly lacking in cooking equipment. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring what you need. Location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location but needs updating

The location is perfect with the view from the fourth floor being wonderful. However, as many other guests have stated the decor is very dated and needs to be updated...even adding a bedskirt would improve the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked. The notebook with WIFI information is useful to a point, but needs to have a lot more information (e.g. how to access the VHS, VCR from the TV). There were no instructions. Also, stating that the weather/Tsunami alert beeps when batteries are low...we had not experienced this item before and had no idea how it worked. Meanwhile, there were notes on the machine not to turn it off or take out the batteries! So, the machine was beeping about every 10 minutes until we contacted management.

Great spot for a getaway.

The condo was easy to find, check in was also very simple with the key code. The building was quiet, clean and spacious. The view from the 4th floor balcony was the highlight of this spot, as well as a convenient location to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the off season serenity of Seaside.
