~We have a huge gated front porch with a love seat, chairs and a rocking chair. Also a small table and chairs for your morning coffee. Perfect for young children to be with their parents and still enjoy running around.
~Kitchen window overlooks a private deck with table and chairs overlooking a beautiful maple tree and garden.
~The deck steps lead down to a fenced in back yard with a grill. There is a small table with benches and two person swing under the deck. And a hammock chair hanging in the tree. A great place to read a book in the shade.
~Living room has lots of comfortable seating and an air purifier

~Professionally cleaned by “A Shore Maid” between each tenant. “A Shore Maid” has been cleaning shore properties for 25 years
~Only 2 blocks from uncrowded beach. Beach tags and beach chairs are included and found under the porch. One-half block from the bay with public boat ramp, fishing pier, and small boardwalk. Bring your own kayaks, the cove is great. View beautiful sunsets from the benches on the boardwalk.
~Five minutes from Marina Casinos~Fifteen minutes from Atlantic City boardwalk, casinos, entertainment, dining. Brigantine Golf Course, and fishing and boating. Within walking distance to convenience stores, food markets, restaurants. Four blocks to WAWA.
~Small to medium dogs welcome. We charge $300 pet fee for your dog.
