Big 3 rooms warm located in RDC opposite the cathedral Saint Jean. Full historic town center in pedestrian area 200m from Castillet. Secured and refurbished apartment with patio in the back. Quiet and cool situation in summer. Ideal for a stay with family or friends to enjoy the city and all the escapades offered by the eastern Pyrenees.

Perfect location

This property was very well equipped and we didn’t have to purchase anything. It was right on the Plaça Gambetta and the lovely church was right outside our window. Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance. Shopping was close by as well as the tourist bureau. You could not ask for a better location.

Cet appartement est très spacieux et très bien situé au cœur du vieux centre ville de Perpignan. Le contact avec les propriétaires fût simple et très agréable. L' appartement est très silencieux ( surprenant car au cœur du centre ville ) sur une charmante place avec une belle cathédrale à visiter si vous venez !! Bien équipé et avec beaucoup de charme ! Nous avons été séduits par ce bien et reviendrons avec plaisir : adresse à conserver précieusement !

We enjoyed our stay in Perpignan hugely.

The apartment was clean and spacious, located in the center of the old town. This was a perfect location. There were plenty of stores for shopping as well as restaurants. Although the apartment was a bit dark the owners provided lots of indoor lighting to make up for the lack of natural light. The only true drawback was a the smell of sewage from the shower. However, this could easily be remedied by placing a sponge over the drain.

charming home in a pleasant Cathedral square.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cosy home from home. Very comfortable beds and wonderful shower. Everything needed was provided. The property was in the old part of town with quality shopping and good restaurants. We adored Perpignan and enjoyed our stay at the property. Would rent again without hesitation. If arriving by car be aware that you can't enter the square in your vehicle , there is parking on the streets nearby and an underground car park close by.
