The house is on a quiet street where you will enjoy the south-facing and fully fenced courtyard.

- a bedroom with two single beds (removable bunk beds on request)
- a bedroom with dressing room and sleeping 160 x 200

On the ground floor the living space:
- a shower room with vanity unit

- a cellar with storage and washing machine
- a fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, mini-oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...)
- a living room with sofa bed, coffee table and TV cabinet.

- a terrace with barbecue garden furniture and parasol
- sunlounger and reading chairs as well as two deckchairs
- a garage with two adult bikes available
