About the host
Hosted by Kristen

I'm a podcast producer living in San Francisco with my husband Dave and dog Fanny. I love the city and will happily share with you my go-to spots for fun, relaxation and culture.
Why they chose this property
I love the Marina District because it gives me both urban and nature in one place. It's a quaint, traditional SF neighborhood with shopping, theaters and restaurants right out the front door. But turn in the other direction, and you can walk, run or bike to the Marina Green, Crissy Field beaches, and the Presidio. I love birdwatching along the dunes and at the Palace of Fine Arts. And I love a good pizza at A16. And zipping around the windy streets on my Aqua Vespa makes it all the more fun. I really love this place!
What makes this property unique
The flat is upbeat, light-filled and spacious. But what makes it super special is it's location. It's walking distance to:
- the beach
- the Presidio
- the farmer's market
- the Green
- fabulous bars & restaurants
- Gia gelato on Union Street - they're open! Try the cherry chocolate!
- tennis and basketball courts
- The Palace of Fine Arts
- Fisherman's Wharf
- so much more!
