2 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage on Pentwater Lake with a small dock for fishing. You can tie up to the cottage seawall with a small boat or dock your boat at the municipal dock or one of the marinas. Pentwater Lakehouse is walking and biking distance to the Village of Pentwater. Sit on the deck and relax and take in the beauty of Pentwater Lake. Cottage has cable TV, WIFI, internet, central air conditioning, gas grille, washer/dryer, deck chairs and cooking utensils. There is a fire pit on the lower level for nighttime gatherings. Small dogs under 20 pounds may be allowed. Master bedroom has a queen and a on-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Bedroom #2 has a full bed and twin bunk bed. Central bathroom has a tub/shower combination. You can park your boat trailer under the carport and there is parking for 2 cars. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is after 4:00 p.m. and check out is promptly before 10:00 a.m. We rent from Saturday to Saturday, weekly rate for rent, clean & 6% MI Use tax is $1,722.50. To book half of the rent will be collected and a contract will be e-mailed for your signature. 30 days before check the remaining balance and a $500.00 refundable damage deposit will be collected. Owner supplies mattress pads, pillows and blankets. Renters supply linens and towels paper products and cleaning products. Owner allows renters to use their kayaks.

Great little cottage

We had a great stay with all the amenities. The only note I would give is that the water had a sulfur smell that we didn’t expect when using the faucets. Nice owner and beautiful view. Would recommend again.

Nice lakeside place

Had a great relaxing week sitting on the deck and fishing from the dock. Very comfortable and clean house with easy access to all of Pentwaters attractions

Great Location

Cottage is in a perfect location, within a 10 minute walk from town. We were able to dock our boat directly in front of the house. House had all of the necessary amenities. Grill could use an update. Hope to be back!

Amazing location

This cottage is so close to town- we loved walking to get icecream, to the shops, out to eat, etc. We even walked to Lake MI a couple times. There is a beautiful little market super close and a bait store super close. It’s on a quiet drive good for kids to mess around on scooters or whatever. We loved our week. The views from the deck are outstanding. Pentwater Lake was beautiful and not too busy. Fishing off the dock was awesome- lots of fish. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t do stairs. You have to walk down stairs from the deck to get to the water. Or down the grass from the front yard on a hill. It is not a walkout basement. There is no basement. Storage is under the house. The steps didn’t bother us. Overlooking the lake from the deck was really beautiful. It was clean. We would have liked to have used the yard more but it was too overgrown to enjoy it most of the week before being mowed. It didn’t stop us from enjoying a great cottage rental though. We had a blast! Looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for sharing with us!
