Studio 4 people hyper-center, balcony and garage in Les Rousses

The residence is located in the hyper center of Les Rousses, 50 meters from the bakery and close to restaurants and shops (butcher, caterer, mini-market, ski equipment, souvenirs, decorations ...).

You will appreciate it for its mountain style, its comfort and its equipment. It is perfect for a couple with two children (1 sofa bed and two bunk beds) or a solo traveler.

The south-west facing studio is very bright with its double glass door and two windows.
The balcony, its table, its 4 chairs and its deckchair allow you to rest or have lunch quietly during the summer periods.

The residence is easy to access, secured by a digital code and equipped with an elevator.
The studio has a garage and a ski locker but there are places available in front of the residence all day.

Everything can be done on foot from the residence. The cross-country ski trails are within walking distance and the ski bus connects the alpine ski trails in 5 minutes.

Appartement conforme à la description. Relationnel cordial avec le propriétaire et avec la personne qui fait la remise des clés. Appartement idéalement placé pour passer des vacances "au ski" sans trop utiliser la voiture grâce au skibus. Environnement centre ville un peu bruyant le matin entre 6h et 8h mais c'est le revers de la médaille. Garage pour petite voiture (pas pour mon Berlingo par exemple) et stationnement assez facile devant la résidence. Appartement très bien équipé et propre avec une jolie décoration montagne. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Accueil très professionnel et ponctuel de M Tremau. Le studio est a proximité des commerces et il bien équipé surtout en cuisine.On peut facilement palier le manque de wifi avec le syndicat d'initiative à 5mn à pied.C'était notre deuxième séjour.

Le studio est situé au centre des Rousses. Il est calme et très bien équipé Un garage est à disposition pour garer sa voiture et stocker ses skis car il n'y a pas de casier prévu à cet effet .Très bonne impression générale. .

Bonsoir, Le canapé a pourtant été acheté il y a 18 mois avec un matelas Dunlopillo 35kg/m3, épaisseur de 15cm pour justement permettre un couchage confortable durant nos vacances mais il est vrai que cela ne remplacera pas un lit standard. En espérant que vous ayez profité du studio et pu apprécier tous les équipements, aménagements et décoration installés. Un petit message positif sur le logement aurait été appréciée ;) Bonne soirée à vous
