Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful time at Christine and Michel's apartment. The newly renovated apartment is very lovingly furnished and you immediately feel at home. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is big enough and has a nice shower. The air conditioning is very pleasant, the Smart TV has a good size and it's also great that you have a washing machine. Our little son especially loved the large private driveway to play in and we enjoyed the cozy terraces. The location of the apartment is perfect. You can safely leave the car parked during your vacation and reach everything on foot. The beautiful beach of Pramousquier is 10 minutes away and there are some good restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Christine and Michel were wonderful hosts - very friendly, generous, always available and accommodating. We will definitely come again.

Nous avons louĂ© cet appartement pour deux semaines. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Michel et Christine, qui sont trĂšs sympathiques. Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs belles vacances. L’appartement est trĂšs beau, neuf, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. (ÉlectromĂ©nagers et accessoires complets, climatisation, tĂ©lĂ©vision avec Netflix, Amazon vidĂ©o) Le lit est fait Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, des serviettes sont fournies et mĂȘme changĂ©es au bout de la premiĂšre semaine !L’extĂ©rieur avec la terrasse et une grande allĂ©e arborĂ©e pour se stationner est un plus trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. La situation de l’appartement est idĂ©ale : 900 mĂštres de la magnifique plage de Pramousquier (environ 10 mn de marche), 5 mn d’une trĂšs belle crique avec une vue splendide, un magasin Proxi Ă  5 mn Ă  pied.N’hĂ©sitez pas Ă  le louer, tout est parfait !

Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce logement. L'intérieur est aménagé avec gout, vous retrouverez tout le confort et des équipements de qualité pour passer un excellent séjour. Gastgeber: Warmherziger Empfang. Stets bereit zu Rat und Hilfe. Außergewöhnlich freundlich, aber auch diskret. Lage: Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Abgesichertes GrundstĂŒck . Außenbereich: Gepflegter Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Sonnenschirm, Grill und vielem mehr. Bequeme Parkmöglichkeit in der Kieszufahrt. Innenbereich: GerĂ€umig. Komfortabel und Ă€ußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Technische Ausstattung auf hohem Niveau (Klima/Heizung, TV mit vielen Extras ...). KĂŒche und Bad großzĂŒgig ausgestattet. Hervorragende QualitĂ€t der Betten. Wir haben unser Traum-Feriendomizil fĂŒr die Zukunft gefunden!

Excellent sĂ©jour. PropriĂ©taires prĂ©sents Ă  votre arrivĂ©e qui prennent le temps de vous faire visiter le bien avec son extĂ©rieur. Tout ce RdC et son extĂ©rieur sont privatifs; la villa Ă©tant sur un dĂ©nivelĂ© tous les accĂšs des propriĂ©taires se trouvent Ă  l'opposĂ©. Votre entrĂ©e extĂ©rieure avec portail tĂ©lĂ©commandĂ© permet le stationnement de votre vĂ©hicule dans une belle allĂ©e arborĂ©e. Ces mĂȘmes propriĂ©taires restent disponibles pour la moindre question, besoin et renseignements sur la rĂ©gion. L'appartement ainsi que son mobilier est neuf et d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Tout l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager nĂ©cessaire est installĂ© ainsi que le linge de lit et serviettes de toilette lavĂ©s, repassĂ©s et installĂ©s Ă  votre arrivĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Tout a Ă©tĂ© Ă©tudiĂ© dans des teintes reposantes pour que ce soit apaisant et c'est ce que nous avons ressenti : l'apaisement. A noter : climatisations (froid ou chaud selon saison) indĂ©pendantes l'une de l'autre, possibilitĂ© de rĂšgler Ă  sa convenance dans chacune des piĂšces. Une seule envie : celle de prolonger le sĂ©jour dans cette location. Je compte revenir mĂȘme en pĂ©riode hivernale sachant que j'y serais bien reçu et dans un lieu ainsi que propriĂ©taires des plus accueillants. J'espĂšre que les futurs loueurs seront respecteux de l'appartement car tout a Ă©tĂ© fait avec une seule pensĂ©e que les locataires se sentent trĂšs bien et puissent passer d'excellents moments. Je remercie ces propriĂ©taires de nous avoir fait passer des vacances des plus agrĂ©ables.
