The AMI Tree House is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights.

The AMI Tree House is within walking distance to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic and other vacationers. The home sits between the Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Sound, but is truly in the middle of everything Anna Maria Island has to offer. Free Trolley rides (every 20 minutes) allow easy travel through out the island to restaurants/bars and historic sights. Located in the city of Bradenton Beach, which has a smaller more private beach in comparison to others nearby. We are also within walking distance to the bay which offers a baseball and basketball court, playground, and a small area to launch canoes or kayaks.

The elevated property has been lovingly restored boasting a full kitchen with standard size stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are flat-screen TVs in every room and free wireless high-speed internet access throughout the house.

Maximum occupancy includes children and infants.

Two vehicle maximum per unit, no RVs, campers, or trailers.

Pets not allowed. Service animals allowed, if a Service animal is to be on the trip we will require to know what skill or task the service animal has trained to perform. Emotional support pets are not Service animals.

Guest agrees to pay all costs and expenses, as determined in the sole judgment of the Property Manager, of repair or replacement for any and all damages of whatever origin or nature which may have occurred during the term of the stay.

The location was absolutely perfect. Easy drive to the north or south ends of the island and just a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. We will definitely return to this area and if available, this home.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything our family of five needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and everything we wanted to do during our trip. We especially appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the home felt. It truly felt like a home away from home.Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they made the entire booking and check-in process seamless. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it easy for us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation.

Second Time at the Treehouse

You can’t beat the location of this property. Close to the beach yet on a quiet side street. Beach gear and a wagon to use to take everything on the short walk to the beach. The beach is actually pretty secluded and quiet, another great stay.

The property was just as the pictures shown - clean, cute and comfortable. Great location and it was so nice to be able to include the dog too. : )The host communication was speedy and courteous. A minor point for me was that I was so excited to see their was an outside shower in the description, however it is only cold and for rinsing off, without 'real' shower privacy. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.Highly recommend and will be returning!

Perfect spot for an Island week!

We’ve absolutely loved our stay at the Tree House! It was just the right amount of space for my wife, our daughter, and me to have a relaxing beach week. The neighborhood is lovely, and the insanely easy beach access was an unexpected bonus. We will definitely need to come back.

Perfect host !!! Early check in late check out approved instantly. Pet friendly super tranquil steps to the beach small park at the canal great neighborhood and neighbors! Ran into a few and super nice! Didn't mind that we were just visiting. Close to everything we wanted to do. Sunsets that you can't describe. This was our 2nd time in 2 years in Anna Marie Island. We wanted to stay closer to the beach Didn't disappoint. Highly recommended!! Thanks again for the hospitality!!!

Absolutely phenomenal

This is the best stay ever! The location is perfect. The beach access is only about 3 blocks away. The opposite direction about three blocks is the inlet with a small playground. Love the comfy beds! One slept on the sofa and it was a good sleep too! Decor is on point. Laundry room a definite plus. We'll appointed kitchen. But the best part was all of the beach supplies! From a wagon to take it all down, to chairs, umbrella, toys, inflatable and the most amazing beach towels ever! Already ordered some for myself. I could go on and on! We are already checking out future dates.

Pleasant stay near AMI beaches

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on AMI near Bradenton Beach. Lelia did a great job communicating throughout our stay, and the property suited our needs. Will definitely rent from Vacationado if the opportunity presents itself.
