We had a fabulous stay at Summer Place! The condo was just as described - clean, convenient to the beach and pool. Kyle was a fabulous host checking in before we got there, while we were there with info regarding weather and after we checked out. Communication was amazing! I would definitely recommend staying here and will myself be back!

Great condo! Would stay again! Can't beat location and ease of access from the ground floor condo straight to the pool or beach! Came in very handy with a toddler constantly on the move! Check in was a breeze. Hope to come back soon. Don't hesitate to book!

This IS the condo you are looking for. This was perfect for our family of 6! Everything was effortless to get in. We had everything in the condo we could have dreamed of needing. It was so clean and nicely decorated. We loved the convenience of the first floor and being able to walk directly out to the pool area & beach without having to carry things up & down an elevator. We have kids ages 5-19 and this condo was great for all ages with the bunk beds & queen beds. The 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas that were complimentary were so nice. Kyle was great to communicate with and even wished us a safe trip home!! We will definitely be back!

Overall stay was great, especially being on the first floor and having direct access to the pool area and the beach. Having assigned beach chairs on the shore was amazing, just make sure to get out there early to reserve your preferred chairs. Sand dunes block shore view but you still see and hear the ocean. Staying on first floor was very convenient. Communication with host was prompt. Highly recommend!

Great Stay for our family!

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle's condo. The location was super convenient for use of the pool and having our two kids play at the pool. Beach is also super close and having chairs and umbrellas provided was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay her again.

Great Stay

We loved our vacation here. Our kids started their day in the pool and ended their day in the pool most days and the fact that it was right outside our door was great. The beach is also a short walk. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The location was ideal and the unit was very clean. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the layout of the unit was ideal. Great vacation!!
