Village house located at the end of a quiet dead end, in the heart of the beautiful village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape famous for its world famous vineyard.
Decorated with taste and composed:
- on the ground floor, a large living room with TV and INTERNET, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and various small appliances and kitchen utensils). kitchen), CELLAR with WASHING MACHINE and DRIER, a WC.
The living room has direct access to the TERRACE of 32 m2 sheltered from the sun by an arbor, and equipped with an outdoor seating area and a dining area.
- The 1st floor includes 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (140, 160 and 180 cm), storage for linen (wardrobes and dressers), a BATHROOM with electric towel rail, bath, sink, storage and toilet.
Ideally located in the heart of the triangle AVIGNON - CARPENTRAS - ORANGE, the cottage "Le vieux cep" will be the ideal refuge for your Provencal getaway.
Rates vary from 450 euros in low season to 700 euros for the high season.
