Enjoy the Vacation State in this 4 Bedroom / 2 Bath home with large resort style backyard; Home is located in North Scottsdale near all the major attractions: Golf, Sports, Shopping, Old Town, Camel Back, and Spas.
House is on a quiet cul-de-sac and can sleep 8 adults comfortably. Palm Tree filled backyard features a heated pool, large putting green, and partially covered patio facing east for optimum afternoon shade.

Interior of house features open concept living room and kitchen looking out on to the gorgeous backyard. Game room equipped with pool table and TV to watch all your sports while mastering your pool game.
Kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary items to make an exquisite meal to serve in the dining room seating 8.
Master bedroom has king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Private exit to patio through sliding doors.
Bedroom 1 has two twin extra long beds, Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds. Full bathroom off hallway.
Patio is equipped with dining table that seats 8 and lounge area. Plenty of sun catching spots to lounge near the large pool
Putting green features 6 cups and 3" PGA practice cups on two elevations. The dynamic design allows right and left breaking shots as well as a straight away for flat putt and 1" fairway for chip shots.

Family Spring Break

The house was great for our family with younger kids. It was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was fantastic. We enjoyed the covered patio, fire table, pool, putting green and hammock. The orange trees were beautiful. Lots of nice extras make this VRBO easy to recommend.

Something for everyone

We really enjoyed our stay this past week. The house has everything we needed. We loved the pool, the putting green, and the pool table. Loved being able to park in the garage too. Would highly recommend!

Our family loves an adventure and vacation. If we aren't at the beach then we are in the desert. We have been exploring up and down the west coast for the past decade but found both Westport WA and Scottsdale AZ to be our 2 favorite places. Our homes at both places are open to share via VRBO. Why they chose this property

The backyard sold us on this property - we imagined laying in the sun, playing in the pool with our daughter, and entertaining friends from out of town. It's a one story home with open concept family/kitchen with formal dining room and pool table game room. The location is in the heart of everything!
