Wonderful Stay!

The house was amazing and looked just like the ad. The owner was very responsive during booking. Once we arrived, Evan made sure we had everything we needed and if we had any questions or concerns he addressed them immediately. Evan responded to my text messages within minutes, while we were at the house, and could not have been more helpful and attentive. If we ever go back to AZ I would not hesitate to stay at his property again.

Property was just as advertised. In perfect shape, beautifully appointed quiet and relaxing. Neighborhood was great very close to stores restaurants- even a place nearby to buy cannoli. It was the ideal getaway. The pool area was clean and very private.

This property had everything we needed. It is tastefully decorated and couldn't be cleaner! It is a nice place to relax with a pool and pool table and close enough to restaurants and shopping! A nice relaxing time with our newest college graduate!

This property is absolutely fantastic! It is the perfect size for families or couples. It has every amenity that you could ask for, as well as a great location. Amazing Stay for Graduation Weekend!

We rented this amazing property for family coming into town to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The home is modern, immaculate, beautiful and in a great location. The owner was so welcoming and communication and check-in/ check-out was seamless. You really need to stay here if you are coming to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. You will love this house. My family is already planning a trip back!

Perfect Get Away Spot!

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was amazing! We loved everything about this house. Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds, pillows, great linens, cozy comfortable sitting area, kitchen has everything you could possibly need, private backyard and a 2 car garage. We enjoyed the heated pool, putting green, corn hole and pool table. Evan the host was great at communicating with us during our stay and even accommodated us with an early check in time. We would recommend this home to anyone and would definitely stay here again! Our only regret was not being able to enjoy this lovely home longer. We had a great time! Thank you!

I couldn’t have had a more gracious host. Evan was prompt with communications. He was very understanding as I had a unique circumstance, and a very short notice on check it, he was very accommodating. The house was very tastefully decorated. It was very clean. Smelled nice. The neighborhood is highly desired and sought after and is very family friendly. I highly recommend this rental couples or even a single person as I was in the rental I couldn’t ask for more. I’ve stayed in short term rentals in different states around the country and by far Evan broke the mold when it comes to amazing hosts and quick accommodations communication just everything. Thank you so much, Evan. I hope to work with you again in the future.

Home away from home!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in AZ. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight was definitely the pool! It was clean and well-maintained and definitely hit the spot on those hot days. The backyard was private and peaceful. The host was very responsive and super friendly. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to relax and soak up the AZ sun!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Longmoor Estates, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations! The house itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Wonderful!

I booked this property for my son, his wife, and their 3 year old daughter for a nice getaway. They said it was a nice house and loved the landscaped backyard. They also enjoyed the location. Terrific stay in Scottsdale. Home was perfect for our needs-great location. Very clean and well maintained. Evan was a great host and communication was excellent. Highly recommend. Check out the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM). It is 5 min. away and it is amazing.
