The property is made up of:
- a main house of 250m2 with on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen - Fridge dishwasher, induction hob, multifunction microwave, oven, small appliances and a complete set of kitchenware as well as the dishes. A dining room with fireplace. A large living room (with a rapido double bed). A games room with a Bonzini table football and a rapido double bed. 1 bathroom with Hammam Shower, sink, wc.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms (3 with 140cm double beds and two with 3 pull-out beds, either 6x90 or 3x180). 1 bathroom with bath, sink. 1 sauna (6 people seated or 2 reclining), a WC.
- 1 Annex: A bedroom with 140 bedding and flat screen TV (140cm) overlooking the patio.
- A walled patio of 25m2 with palm tree in the middle.
- A small house of 28m2 with a capacity of 4 people comprising:
A fully equipped kitchen - Fridge / freezer (2 large capacity doors), washing machine, induction hob, multifunction microwave, oven, small appliances and a complete set of kitchenware and crockery.
Overlooking a living / dining room - with sofa bed + table and 2 benches.
1 independent bedroom with 140 bedding, 70cm LCD TV.
1 separate bathroom with Italian shower, heated towel rail and WC.
- A 150m2 garden enclosed by walls.
- An indoor swimming pool heated all year round (3.5mx7m pool - roof at a height of 2m)
- Large garage, closed, private and equipped with a ping-pong table.
There is no wifi.

Events will not be allowed.
Animals are accepted (ask the owners) supplement of 15 € / day.
Ideal for family reunions - spa guests - tourists - students - visiting entrepreneurs

Located 1.2 km from the thermal baths, 1.5 km from the city center and 200 m from all shops (supermarket, bakery ...).
The house has a breathtaking and exceptional view of the Charente!
The house is 25 min from La Rochelle (marathon - aquarium ...) - 10 min from Fouras (the beaches ...) - 15 min from the ferry for Ile d'Aix, 40 min from La Palmyre (zoo), Royan, Ile d'Oléron, Ile de Ré. To visit in Rochefort: L'Hermione, Corderie Royale, Pierre Loti's house, marine museum, national museum of the old medical school, museum of shops of the past, market on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The price varies from 900 € to 2200 € per week depending on the season, the configuration and the number of people.
During school holidays, rentals are only weekly.

Leider waren KĂŒche und BĂ€der sehr unsauber bei unserer Anreise (s. Photos). Der Aufenthalt begann mit einer Putzaktion - trotz Reinigungspauschale von 300 EUR!Zwei Wochen lang arbeiteten dann wĂ€hrend der Werktage ab 7:45 Uhr bis Nachmittags Bagger, Walzen und Laster unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Die Vermieter haben uns versichert, nichts von den Arbeiten gewusst zu haben. Auch hier hat also die Hausverwaltung versagt, denn die Arbeiten zur Deicherhöhung laufen seit Monaten (und auf der kommunalen Seite war angekĂŒndigt, dass sie wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts am Haus ankommen wĂŒrden.)Die Kommunikation mit Verwaltung und vor allem mit den Vermietern war stets freundlich. Nur nĂŒtzte das leider nicht mehr gegen den Schmutz und den LĂ€rm.

Cette maison à Rochefort permet de loger toute une "smala" en combinant des possibilités de chambres indépendantes et des regroupements en dortoirs. Nous avons été déçu

PrĂ©venu 2 jours avant notre arrivĂ©e que le sauna ne fonctionnait pas alors que la conciergerie nous a dit que c'Ă©tait depuis le mois de Janvier. Le chauffage est tombĂ© en panne, on a regardĂ© et c'Ă©tait un dijoncteur qui avait sautĂ©. Les radiateurs faisait du bruit, une chasse d'eau qui fuyait. Le frigo est quand mĂȘme juste pour une famille de 13. La sortie de la piscine est glissante nous avons eu une personne qui a glissĂ© et qui c'est fait mal. Le forfait mĂ©nage est chĂšre sachant que nous avons vu pleins de toiles d'araignĂ©e. Nous y reviendrons pas
