Immense coup de coeur quand on a acheté cette maison que l'on devait habiter ! Mais suite à des problèmes de santé j'ai dû quitter mon job et aller vivre ailleurs, alors on en fait profiter ceux qui pourront l'apprécier comme nous !
Why they chose this property
Hyper centrale dans la plus belle rue pavée de Rochefort, à 10m de la place Colbert et en même temps au calme. Tout est accessible facilement.

Vous n'avez probablement jamais vu une maison avec une façade entièremement en verre, une décoration qui fait entrer le végétal à l'intérieur, 3 puits à l'intérieur des murs (hautement sécurisés bien sûr), des palliers qui communiquent les uns avec les autres avec des filets ou plancher de verre ... 300m2 où chacun peut se sentir dans son cocon tout en n'étant jamais totalement isolé...Beaucoup d'espaces de vie pour se retrouver chiller, manger, s'instruire, jouer, travailler... Pour tous les âges et toutes les envies
