Large family house of more than 250 m2 feet in the water. Access to the sea and the beach by a staircase at the end of the garden.
Ground floor: Entrance, dining / living room with fireplace, veranda / living room, kitchen, WC, a double bedroom and its shower room, a child's bedroom and a TV lounge, another twin bedroom on the sea side with sink.
Upstairs: mezzanine serving two double bedrooms including a sea view with sink and a twin bedroom, bathroom, separate wc.
By independent staircase on the side of the house, a double room with sea view with sink and bidet, a single room with sink.
Outside, a shower and a separate toilet. a room serving as storage of garden furniture, gas plancha, barbecue.
In the garden, teak lounge chairs, braided pvc garden furniture, teak table and chairs for 12 people. several additional chairs, parasol, round table.
Laundry room garage next to the kitchen with washing machine and dryer, additional fridge freezer.
