Charming house on a plot of 800 m2 fully fenced that can park 2 cars - 3 bedrooms for 7 people maximum - 400 m from the market and 600 m from the beach of La Cèpe on foot - Bike path in the immediate vicinity -

House completely renovated in the current color, composed of a living room, dining room with sofa, TV wifi, opening onto a terrace with swimming pool 4 x 8 meters, heated, secured by a motorized roller shutter with key. An independent kitchen with direct access to the terrace, fitted and equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, large capacity freezer, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher and microwave.

- 1st bedroom composed of a 140x190 bed with dressing room
-2nd bedroom composed of a 140x190 bed with wardrobe
The dimensions of the mattresses in the 2 adult bedrooms are 140x190 and the duvets 240x220

-3rd bedroom composed of 2 bunk beds 90x190 + 1 drawer bed of 90 x190 and a chest of drawers. The dimensions of the mattresses are 90x190 and duvets 140x200.

The size of the pillows: 60x60. 

A bathroom with Italian shower and double sink unit, a separate toilet and a utility room equipped with washing machine, dryer and water point.

You can have lunch on the partly covered south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.

Das Haus ist wunderbar und entspricht den Bildern. Hell, schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum. Der Garten ist gepflegt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Pool. Viele Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet - Geschirr, Gläser usw. sind ausreichend vorhanden.WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, auch bei mehreren Geräten gleichzeitig.Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, man erreicht aber dennoch schnell (10 - 15 Minuten Fußweg) viele Bars und Gastrobetriebe, Shops, Bäcker usw. Die Hausübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert, wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts auch immer die Möglichkeit per SMS Kontakt aufzunehmen und eventuelle Fragen zu klären.Wir haben hier zwei Wochen verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Concernant le robot piscine, il a été pensé et installé en réponse aux demandes de nombreux locataires, souhaitant profiter d’une eau toujours propre et d’un bassin agréable à regarder tout au long de leur séjour, surtout lorsque la piscine est très fréquentée et peut se salir rapidement. Ce système, conçu par les fabricants pour assurer un nettoyage efficace, peut demander un peu d’attention, notamment lorsqu’il y a de jeunes enfants. Nous comprenons parfaitement cette vigilance supplémentaire. Encore merci pour votre venue, ce sera un plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau !

Les prestations de cette maison sont exceptionnelles. Environnement calme et pourtant proche de la mer. Très bien équipée et aménagée avec de beaux matériaux tout est fait pour s’y sentir bien dès son arrivée. Petit nid douillet ou l’aménagement du jardin n’est pas en reste avec en plus une belle piscine chauffée. Voilà typiquement le genre de maison où nous aimerions vivre à l’année.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Brilliant house layout, comfort, garden and pool.

The house is very well designed to maximise space and take advantage of the private garden and pool in a nice, quiet residential area close to resort, beach and amenities that include a market and range of restaurants. The beaches along this coast down to Royan are all exceptional. The pool is warm, picturesque and suitable for serious swimming and the patio due to the logia becomes and extension of the house, providing shade as well maximum light to the living area. The furniture is comfortable, attractive and functional. The kitchen size, work surface and dual access to the logia and living ensure easy and special home dining. The garden extended around all sides of the house with plenty of secure parking. Communication with the Mrs Ramiz was super, quick and thoughtful. I'm sure we will return. Gary & Jane

villa agréable

dans l'ensemble bon séjour ,villa fonctionnelle et trés propre, piscine bien exposée sauf que l'entretien manque de ponctualité,la personne chargé de l'entretien n'est venu que le mardi de notre arrivée et seulement le samedi lors de notre départ sur 15 jours c'est limite .Question calme tout au long de notre séjour le voisin était en travaux ce qui implique beaucoup de bruit ,tronçonneuse ,pelleteuse,bétonnière et beaucoup de poussière .Malgrès ces petits problèmes je recommande cette villa bien située prés des pistes cyclables et du centre ville.

Merci pour votre appréciation, Vous nous faites part dans votre message de quelques déplaisirs auxquels nous allons apporter une réponse. Malheureusement à cause du Corona virus et malgré que Ronces les Bains soit une station balnéaire, notre voisin a été autorisé par la commune à effectuer des travaux jusque fin juillet (alors qu'ils sont normalement autorisés jusqu'au 01 juillet). L'entretien de la piscine doit être effectué une fois par semaine. Afin de bénéficier d'un beau bassin à leur arrivée, il a été convenu avec le pisciniste que l'entretien soit fait le samedi entre chaque départ et arrivée des locataires. Vous avez précisé dans votre message avoir apprécié notre maison, sa propreté, son exposition et sa situation, sachez que nous en sommes très heureux et espérons vous revoir très bientôt.

Belle maison au calme

Une très bonne semaine passé au calme dans une belle maison très bien rénové et très pratique. La piscine chauffée est parfaite en septembre. Le quartier et jardin sont entourés de pin, ce qui donne une belle atmosphère de détente.

Une semaine c'est trop court!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre semaine. La maison était parfaite : impeccable et fonctionnelle, avec tout ce qu'il faut à portée de main. Le seul défaut : nous n'avons loué la maison qu'une seule semaine. Un grand merci à M. Chape pour son accueil. Nous espérons revenir !
