Spacious villa for 14 people with secure swimming pool, sea and forest walks

We put at your disposal our large family house "La Villa Blanche" located in the seaside town "La Tremblade/Ronce-les-Bains".
You will enjoy the swimming pool (8x4m from June to September), the large plot (2,000m²) and the sea. You can walk or cycle along the cycle path that passes along the edge of the property (beaches of Ronce-les-Bains 3km away, beaches of the wild coast, forest of La Coubre...).

THE ACCOMMODATION
7 bedrooms: the 5 main bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160x200).
The dormitory has 6 beds (3x2bunk beds of 90x190).
The "single" room serves as a boudoir but can be used as a bedroom as it is equipped with a bed (90x190).
4 bathrooms: 2 bathrooms-toilets are integrated for one into 1 master suite and for the other into a T1. The 3rd bathroom is independent and includes toilets. The 4th bathroom is also independent and the toilets are separate.
The main kitchen (on the 1st floor) adjoins the dining room (for 15 to 19 guests). The other 2 kitchens are on the garden level.
Kitchen equipment: 3 induction hobs, 3 fridges (2 with freezer), 1 oven, 3 microwaves, 2 toasters, 3 coffee makers (1 filter, 1 for soft pods, 1 for ground coffee to dose), 1 electric teapot, 2 dishwashers, 1 washing machine.

On request, we can provide 1 travel cot, 1 baby bath (plastic), 1 high chair for baby...

OUTDOOR
The 8x4m swimming pool with stairs is heated from June to September (25 to 28°) and fenced (with 1 gate), children must remain under the supervision of adult(s) of course. Flat bottom 1.40m. Double staircase (1 space to relax, the other to swim). Usable from June to September. Swimming pool hours: 8:00 a.m./10:00 p.m. (to avoid excessive noise beyond that).
1 large terrace upstairs at the front, facing east (ideal for breakfast and dinner), with double external staircases; 1 wooden terrace at the back (10m2, leading to an external staircase).
Large gas plancha + outdoor barbecue (for charcoal).
2 outdoor garden tables.
Ping-pong table.
Shelters under terrace.
The house is on a plot of 2.000m².
Access to the property and the house is private; possibility of depositing the key in the secure box with code.

TRAVELERS' ACCESS
You will have access to the entire house (except for the boiler room).
We prefer to welcome our guests personally but it is also possible to access La Villa Blanche with the keys provided in a secure box.

The CLEANING PACKAGE includes on the one hand the cleaning of the Villa and on the other hand the bed linen, towels and kitchen linen.

MODULAR RENTAL:
Outside school holidays, it is possible to book only the first floor for 7 to 9 people.
