Good location! We like to walk and many destinations from this location.We got quick response and resolution with few minor issues from host.Disappointed with additional cost for access to outdoor pool since it was not mentioned until the check in process.

Small but clean & functional

We stayed there for 6 weeks in Jan 2022. Condo was clean but small. Garage was a plus. Close to downtown Scottsdale & Green Belt. Disappointed in condition of items in kitchen (non-stick surfaces of pots & pans were badly scratched). Be aware that condo is on 2nd floor & accessible by only many steps. Nice welcome basket of useful items.

I don’t usually read or write reviews, but my experience with Arizona Elite Properties was bad enough that I feel I need to warn others. I booked a rental through Arizona Elite Properties and ended up staying less than one night. We checked in around 5–6 pm and left by 7:30 am the next morning because I could not get a hold of anyone from the property management company to address our issues. We had four problems in total, one of which was that the stairs were too steep for my older mother to climb up and down for a month. Two other issues were the safety of my 3 year old daughter which I will keep private for the respect of the owner of this property who I did not deal with. The fourth issue had to do with an odor that the property management team couldn't replicate... crazy enough! Therefore at 7:30 am, I finally spoke with someone at Arizona Elite Properties, and the representative told me I should leave. So we packed up everything and left the property. About 7 hours later, another representative from Arizona Elite Properties told me I had to go back and that I would not get a refund.I requested to cancel the reservation and said I was willing to pay for the one night we were there and pay for the cleaning fee because that was reasonable however we were not going back, because my mother could not handle those stairs for a month and we had already packed up and left, and we did not feel safe or comfortable at that property. They will not refund me my money.

Very comfortable

Good location. Nice updated condo Garage was a plus. Be aware that the garbage dumpsters are right next to the garage and you have to walk by them to get to the front door. The good news was that we never got woken up by garbage trucks emptying out the bins. Also note that the condo HOA doesn’t allow guests to have gate remotes so you always have to key in the code (not convenient spot) to get in and if you are biking or walking out you need to use a gate key. Other than those minor things we thought the place was great and we’d recommend it to others.

This is an awesome Condo. Close to Old Town and only 5 blocks away from Scottsdale Stadium where the San Francisco Giants play. The Condo is an end unit so has lots of light. Will definitely stay again!
